They're both epic. But my tastebuds flow a little bit more towards Lorna's orchestrations and themes. I'm happy BoS is there nonetheless when I'm in the right mood for yummy chugs and alieny stuff.
Their choir stuffs really make their songs extremely epic and thrilling.

Agree i would also throw Tactosa in there they are heavy af, brings back the old school deathcore sound.

BOS are killing it. I also really love Kyle's other project Earthshatter. Although the last stuff they put out was 2020 I really hope they go back to it at some point. I enjoyed the 1135 album all the way through. The singles Ghost Orchid, WTM and Spit are total bangers though. (He incorporates some more of those awesome cleans too)

I really think that’s a bold statement considering the other vocalists that have been testing the limits and pushing the genre into a good place. One breakdown definitely helped but that was a group effort 😂

Although I like Lorna and Will as much as the next person, BOS "Interstice" EP and First Album "God hand" released in 2018-19 respectively. If anything BOS are one of a few bands to thank for a lot of what makes modern Deathcore great.
@@Ryan-31 Them, as well as bands like Enterprise Earth, Chelsea Grin, Shadow of Intent, and a plethora of other hand that have been pushing the limits are also evolving. Lorna has kind of remanded fairly stagnant in their evolution. I feel like their fans tend to have this elitist mentality that deathcore can only be one thing. That’s just toxic imo. I like the band and the roster they have but the fans kinda piss me off.
@@Vageater Absolutely. Couldn't agree more. To The Grave and Dane Evans are one of my personal favourites that are another band who doesn't seem to get the recognition they deserve either.
