SCVs are probably the best worker unit for FIGHTING, because they have 60hp and slightly larger attack speed. But pretty sure they're all equally good for getting minerals/gas.

AND REMEMBER ALL WORKERS(AND YES, THE SCV) DEALS "NORMAL" DAMAGE. Which means it suffers no damage penalty regardless of unit size category. So it will always deal the full 5 damage! The only thing that can protect you is armor upgrades.
@@jackdaone6469 workers ignore collision when going to a mineral patch. this isn't a glitch and is a design feature so that they don't block each other going to the mineral patches. The glitch part is that you can send them to a mineral patch, then I believe you queue a ton of move commands to the vespene gas geyser and it glitches them, making them still ignore collision even though they aren't mining minerals anymore.

No kidding. When I was a boy I want to write out a grand force of 120 hydralisks and sent it up to attack Duke‘s camp in one of the early Zerg missions. He had some siege tanks in bunkers on the Cliff but I figured by numbers would help with getting past that. I lost the entire force and had to restart the mission.

I found the trick was to spawn about 24 mutalisks, run in to kill something, and then retreat while their regeneration brought them back to fighting strength. Do that to clear a landing zone, kill the missile turrets, and then use overlords to drop in a ton of zerglings to kill the tanks, which can't hit them up close in seige mode. And then roll in simultaneously from the lower region with hydralisks on one side and mutalisks on the other.

The carriers would still have probably won, but I feel like the overwhelming margin was mainly cause of the attack-moved scourges going after the interceptors stead of carriers themselves
Well, if I remember the damage correctly, it takes six scourge to destroy one carrier maybe add two more if upgrades are involved so if all six scourge are tied up with the interceptors they won't even touch the carrier.

This has to be the first time where I got 90% of my guesses correctly. The only ones that caught me off guard was the Mutas vs Scourge and I busted on Ghosts vs Dragoons. Other than that, I'm really happy with my guesses.

The zealots could have won against the lurkers with some micro, you can already tell they were starting to overwhelm the lurkers a bit. Have one of the zealot groups go in one direction away from the lurkers and have the next wave instead go the opposite direction, that way the impale attack is going to the right/left of the ramp and not straight down the center, which will cause even more zealots to survive the climb. Then, there will be to many in a circle for lurkers to kill
best episode so far, instead of straight matchups where there's none, gimmicky and to the point about the engagements. AND I KNEW I WAS RIGHT ABOUT THE PROTOSS ARMY FORMATION (and the abilities helped alot)

Because SCV rushes were something that people did all the way back in the original SC1 some even thinking it wouldn't have worked because they saw it as a fucking joke. The lightning round shows exactly why Mutas ruled the roost in Brood War and why Devourers aren't needed. The fight between the basic units also shows how Zealots don't scale as well as Lings and Marines in the late game due to lacking an attack speed upgrade. The last fight showcases why Protoss are feared for their spells more so than the raw stats of their units.
Okay, so here is a nice idea for next videos: how about Hero Brawl? There a lot of Hero units (most of them are basically the superior variants of their originals, although there are some unique Heroes like Infested Kerrigan), so you can make them fight. For example, I'd love to see Marine Raynor beating the crap out of Ghost Kerrigan :)
Glad SCV won (albeit banned technique) lol. Lore-wise, it makes no sense why SCV should be any weaker than a zealot. SCV is essentially a powered suit (mech?) that has laser cutter to break freaking crystals. A laser as powerful as this should be as dangerous as any weapon that can be reasonably wielded by infantry, even Protoss.
To be fair, a clunky mech suit meant for construction and mining would struggle to fight an agile Protoss warrior with Psi-blades that could easily cut through the suit and avoid attacks
For those who still don't understand how the SCV won, see the Zealots running around behind the front line while the SCVs overlapped on each other? So it's like nearly 100 SCV attacking at the same time while only a dozen zealots take turn attacking in the front line.
The scouts work great with carriers. Even with the scouts that much ahead and the carriers only helping them at the last second when half the scout forces were wiped out. But if carriers and scouts attack the zerg at the same time the results would be much better for the protoss.
That first fight really threw me off, because i kept thinking that the SCVs were decreasing, but they ended up stacking on eachother, which apparently was part of the glitch with the cramped mineral space at the start, which i could've seen coming if i knew the game better. I was betting on the army, but i should pay more attention to the terrain, that bottleneck made it pretty obvious. I like Dragoons, and i am happy to see them ruining their nuclear scheme. The Valkyries had to win, considering how cheap it was to make 1000 Scourge, but they barely made it. The Mutalisks were more convincing, albeit with 150 extra. Hah, i figured third time's the charm and betted on Scourge, and they won, with just 1 left, pretty funny. Going for Carriers, despite the cartoon graphics, which honestly pretty much ruins it for me, as part of the draw of the game for me are the cool sci-fi graphics, not cutesy generic sketches, and wow, the Carriers hardly lost any. Battlecruisers should have a field day, ... as in, scattered out all over the field. Definitely didn't see that one coming. I was almost going to say that the Marines + Protoss would win over the Zerg, but then it said Free for all, and then i think it might actually tip in the favor of Zerg, simply for the sheer number of them, as they might get scattered around and maybe overlooked in some places. But nope. Marines are clearly the best base unit. Rooting for Protoss, and winning, thanks to my favorite Dragoons. 6-4 Score, could be worse.
