- In this video I'll walk you through how to cook a whole rack of pork spare ribs using a Traeger Pro 780 pellet grill. I'm usually a low and slow guy but today I'm smoking these hot and fast using maple pellets! You can do these on any grill, smoker or even your oven! Enjoy!

My Pro 780 doesn’t make enough smoke to smoke anything. I have to buy a smoke tube.
Smoke tubes are great for supplementing smoke but the 780 should give you smoke… I’d say maybe try different brand pellets? The lower the temperature the more smoke it’ll produce so I’d say try sticking below 250° for a heavier smoke. Hope that helps!
