When I was in college I could never study in the library because I was constantly going into this trance like state listening to study groups or pairs of people whispering to each other (I couldn't hear what they were saying) and all the quiet shuffling of paper noises. Thirty years later I realize it was ASMR I was experiencing. This was a very nice video. The typing noise is fantastic. Oh man! Now you are mentioning libraries used as sound therapy! I was a head of my time!

More recently i had a selection of lectures and interviews I ran across on youtube that gave me this effect. It'd help me to fall asleep. When I ran across "asmr" and it's definition and these artists my mouth was wide open! Who knew I and only 2 other ppl I knew had this or that "this" was a "this." And Maria is the best so far!

I usually don't comment on the appearance of ASMRtists, it seems beside the point a lot of the time. But since it seems like people have been getting you down with petty comments, I figured I'd make an exception. One of the first things that struck me about this video was how great that shirt looks on you, and how classy you look in general. The nails are a fun and flashy touch and, above all, they're YOUR nails. You can do whatever you like with them and you aren't answerable to any UA-cam douche canoes for that. The tapping and tracing triggered me like crazy, and I really liked how you incorporated inaudible whispers into the beginning segment of the video. My brain melted completely. Thank you so much ♡

I am so glad I've discovered ASMR I thought I was the only one that had that kind of effect I first experience my ASMR when my dad went for his chiropractor appointment it was him and he was talking and it felt like I was getting a face massage without any touching me and I was asking him stuff because his voice was so soothing

OMG I’ve seen this video at least a hundred times, and while the tingles had worn off for the most part I love falling asleep to a familiar track so I continued to play it. I only JUST picked up on the whispering and murmuring in the background and now the tingles are back in full force! Thanks Maria!

Props to Maria for using one of those older, raised-button keyboards with her long nails. For real, they're so hard to use if you have long nails because your nails always get stuck between the keys and it's really hard to hit the correct buttons.

+Steven Conway Springbok ASMR has a really good one that I watched every night for months called "ASMR Hotel Check-In". Unfortunately, she uses a MAC keyboard so it doesn't have the awesome sound that Maria's keyboard does, but it's still very much a fantastic ASMR video.

Maria is so nice in her comment, but nobody should nitpick her. She works hard making the video, and it is clear how much effort she puts into it. I wish that more of us would quit being whiny.
On a side note, complimenting someone does not have to be disrespectful. So if you wouldn't say it to your mother, just do not say it at all. Maria is beautiful and a lady, therefore treat her like one (pls and thanx) :3

The first 10 minutes of this is probably the best ASMR I've ever seen. Fantastic.
OMG I’ve seen this video at least a hundred times, and while the tingles had worn off for the most part I love falling asleep to a familiar track so I continued to play it. I only JUST picked up on the whispering and murmuring in the background and now the tingles are back in full force! Thanks Maria!

Props to Maria for using one of those older, raised-button keyboards with her long nails. For real, they're so hard to use if you have long nails because your nails always get stuck between the keys and it's really hard to hit the correct buttons.
You do have to realize that she doesn't have to hit any right buttons, since she isn't actually typing anything.

+Steven Conway Springbok ASMR has a really good one that I watched every night for months called "ASMR Hotel Check-In". Unfortunately, she uses a MAC keyboard so it doesn't have the awesome sound that Maria's keyboard does, but it's still very much a fantastic ASMR video.
