I got Neo Turf Masters on the NGCD and I love it. This version I have been after for a good while as I really like the NGPC and I really enjoy the quirkiness/style/gameplay of the titles and handheld. Looking forward to finding it hopefully soon! I don't normally like Golf but I tend to like Golf video games... I was playing Neo Turf Masters under emulation on my phone and I hit two of my best balls... I stepped on a rake. Thank you, thank you I am here all week etc......

I don't remember Dainty bread, but I do remember Slimcea. Very nice hole-some loaf, which was good for a nice ham sand wedge for tee. With a nice green salad for rough-age, followed by a mint club for dessert. That wood be lovely !! Plenty of iron.

Looks pretty alright for a portable golf game. The Neo Geo Pocket is an interesting system. Not as good as the GBA, but it got some nice games for it in its time. Kudos for getting such good footage of the game too. It can't have been easy seeing as the thing isn't back lit.

I used to have this one (but I traded away my Neo Geo Colour and games), it wasn't too bad. The Neo Geo Pocket colour was an excellent system just let down a little by it's screen i.e. no back light.

I used to find that it helped immensely to be on the green to play golf games well...

You should check out 'Mario Golf: Advance Tour' for the GBA. Its very different from traditional golf games. It has regular courses and tournament play, but also side games, skills challenges, hidden power-ups, explosives on the course, etc.

If you like golf games, try Wonder Classic for WonderSwan it's very well done.
IMO better than Neo Turf Masters for NGPC.

I am not impressed. 16bit computers could do better.
As a game on its own, it looks fun.
