SPOILERS! Halloween is one of the most popular horror movies franchises in history, so it makes sense that Universal wanted to bring Michael Myers back for another murder spree this year. This time around, Laurie Strode is alive once again and ready to take on Michael once and for all (until the sequel.) The movie raises a lot of questions, like why does it have the same title as the movie it’s a sequel to? Why does Laurie still live in Haddonfield? What exactly is her weird strategy with the lights? Why didn’t she make sure that Michael was dead? For answers to all these questions, step inside the pitch meeting that led to 2018’s Halloween! It’s super easy, barely an inconvenience.

Well, it’s always a good idea to take time to reflect on our beliefs, and WHY we believe them. Sometimes we discover that we believe in something for no good reason. Halloween is a great excuse to dress up however the hell you want to, indulge in tons of candy, and watch scary movies! I think there’s more pure joy on the kids’ faces just for getting a bunch of candy, than they have on Christmas for much more expensive gifts. It’s great!
