In the pan: delicious oatmeal cake without sugar in just a few minutes! You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs.
1 tablespoon sweetener, I used stevia.
1 teaspoon vanillin extract.
150 ml. milk (2/3 cup).
Mix.
80 gr. (3/4 cup) oat flakes.
Grind in a blender.
Sift through a sieve.
80 gr. (3/4 cup) almond flour.
Sift through a sieve.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Mix.
Divide into 2 parts.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa to part of the dough.
Sift through a sieve.
Mix.
Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Add 2 tablespoons milk.
Mix.
Grease a frying pan (bottom diameter 12.5 cm) with vegetable oil.
Place parchment paper in the bottom of the pan.
Alternately add 2 tablespoons of dough at a time.
How to achieve a marble effect.
Add a few grams of dark chocolate without sazar.
Add some peanuts.
Cover with a lid.
Cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes.
Check if the cake is cooked with a toothpick.
Add some more sugar-free dark chocolate.
Cover with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
It's incredibly delicious!

¼ apple.
2 tablespoons loose leaf tea.
1 tablespoon hibiscus.
Boiling water 1 liter.

Looks beautiful! Confused about the baking powder measurement though - it looks like way more than a teaspoon or even a tablespoon, do you know what the actual amount is? Baking newbie here
You are right. Definitely more than a Tbl. I'm not even sure that IS baking powder. Looks too yellow to be baking powder. And it's not a translation error. She used the German word for baking powder, too.
Baking powder needs salt to rise. There's no salt in the recipe. I think we have a missing link, so it would never turn out the way this is written.

Приготовила пирог по вашему рецепту. Когда выкладывала тесто, то все было, как и у вас, красиво.
А в готовом пироге не было мраморности, всё получилось шоколадного цвета.
Тесто у меня получилось жидкое, а у вас гуще тесто. Почему так? Но на вкус очень вкусный пирог.

You can use any milk. It won't make a difference. Most recipes you can sub any type of milk for whatever is called for. The only time it could be a problem is buttermilk or sometimes heavy cream.

Recipe is under "see more". At least all the ingredients are. The method is the video. But, another person and myself have identified an issue with the "baking powder" and another comment said it burned. I wouldn't even attempt this.
