In comparison absolutely especially since you can get all current DLCs if you buy the base game now up until the 11th
On its own it's an actually really fun game and the acting is so bad it's kinda hilarious sometimes, The heisting mechanics on their own feels pretty good and it doesn't take itself too seriously
I'd say with a little more time, a bit more preformance optimizations and some polish this will turn into what Payday 3 should've been but will never be in my opinion.
My personal rating of the at it is now... I'd say a solid 7-8/10 but can easily get to 10 after a few updates

Crime Boss compared to its release, it has become a pretty good game. With Payday 3, the 38,000 people don't seem too happy with the game, even after many updates.
P.S: Still playing payday 2 :)
