Hey I’m a SF realtor and you overpaid for a 1 bedroom.( hope you got a really nice rent special) In Edgewater or little closer to downtown you can get a 2/2 for $2400-2500. I know you guys come from NYC with crazy rents but you can get more space for your money in Miami if you use a realtor that knows all the good places of the city.
this isn't true at all anymore. the market has changed so quickly and there are barely any availabilities. things rapidly changed with covid and then the prospect of a vaccine.

Honestly it’s a bit annoying when on the balcony but inside it’s totally quiet. Construction is set to end in May/June 2022!

May I ask how move in was? I toured there last month and the valet seems awesome but the ease of just going from your car to apartment seems better. The little driveway in front of the building gave me anxiety. Did y’all have a moving truck?
Hi! It was pretty easy! We did have a huge moving truck. There’s a separate entrance for move in with a service elevator and a loading dock and plenty of room for a truck etc!
@@lucynelles9665 oh okay, great!!! So when you have groceries can you use that entrance too or just go to the front and use a cart to wheel up your stuff?
@@amberbryant490 for everyday stuff you just use the front entrance! You can only use the service elevator entrance if you book in advance for things like move in or furniture delivery!
this is beautiful now they go for around $3200 :/
