Hi! It’s actually held up incredibly well! We do bring the cushions in if there’s heavy rain. We wash the cushion covers regularly to keep them nice! It looks great a year after purchasing.
I noticed you said the palms are IKEA, but what about the white planter they’re in? Is that IKEA as well? Super sleek!

The Miami apartment is so much better. My friend left NYC too about a year ago and moved to Midtown Miami and is living her best life with actual apartment space

Tysm!! I bring the cushions in if it’s pouring, if it’s just light rain they are water resistant so it’s ok!
How is the noise with the construction? I am planning to move from SF with my BF and this building looks amazing!
Honestly it’s a bit annoying when on the balcony but inside it’s totally quiet. Construction is set to end in May/June 2022!
