Depends what floor you’re on.
A lot i would say considering how big it is
Average rent for one bed 1800$ two bed 2300$

Hi Jonathan. We are about to get a unit in Maizon, 2br2bth...I’m talking to Daniella the property assistant manager. Do you actually work for Maizon? Daniella showed me around in the building the other day and I immediately fell in love everything about the CL floor, also I love the gym since it has peloton!

They go very fast they just had one that was available but it’s already gone before I can get my hands on it and they have a long waiting list there’s nothing available till like aug or sept
