The floorplan is good and the washer/dryer in the unit is great. I do not like the slippery white floor -- a hard wood floor would have been so much better. Also, I do not understand having breakfast bar seating right next to the small dining table. Have one or the other but not both. And that massive, ugly TV wall. It would be so much better to have a credenza, in front of the glass wall, with a flat screen TV that rises from the credenza. And have some of the living room seating facing the view and some chairs and table lamps in addition to a sofa. And some color paint and art work on the walls.

tyreen hall not really. Not more dangerous than other balconies.. I lived there with my 2 toddlers for 3 years. Never a problem.
