Those who don’t come from a Christian background isn’t inclusive in this answer lol. I didn’t know Jesus at all and then He gradually touches my heart and convicts me, I start to love Him and although I’m not baptized yet, I will definitely when I have the chance
Forced to my deathbed before I gave it all over to him. My Christian life was fine or so I thought. I was holding back 1% and 1% was too much. After 3months on my back in the hospital I gave it all 100% to God's will and not mine. I got up and walked out 100%.
I have fallen. But today I give u my life. I tear up my list. Forgive me of my sins. My life is urs. In Jesus name. Amen

Last year I got out of an abusive relationship with someone with highly covert narcissist characteristics. Indescribable, most don't truly understand the effects/affects of narcissism. God speaks to us in many ways, e.g. through situations, sermons, quotes, others, etcetera. God cares about the little things as well as the big. Here's a quote that God gave me to read: "God saw things you couldn't, heard conversations you didn't t and made moves that you otherwise wouldn't." God is bigger than my problems, I am enough and God will see me through as a stronger, wiser person. He can and will take what others mean for bad and turn it for the good.

Was in the same spot in my life once upon a time. The first thing you must do is shift your focus. It does not even matter what that person thinks of you and it will never matter. God approves you, you need no other confirmation than that, and his opinion is perfect and reigns over any of ours.

God really does have His way of dealing with our fears. To think I came on YT to watch an entirely different video...
A few months ago, I ended a basically 'perfect' relationship with someone because he just didn't fit my list. I've had a lot of doubts and low moments, filled with what if's, and I've basically been just waiting for another 'perfect' guy to just come along and all of that, cos I've just felt so alone, especially as everyone around me is either getting with someone or getting married. And I've been in sooo many relationships and experienced so much hurt and low moments that I'm just so tired. This is not how I thought it would be...
But then God brought this message to remind me that He's always with me and that He wants me to be intentional from now on. I know and believe I didn't watch this video by accident.
I'm going to serve in this season and stop waiting for 'Johnny'. I'll find out what God wants to do with me here. It doesn't matter what's going on, and how low the moment is. I'll use my gift in the pit.
I'll rip up my list and let God rewrite it.
I will go THROUGH.
