As a guy who wants to build his own cab (even though mine is a tiny wanna-be tractor - lol) but I'd LOVE to see more videos of HOW you build them. I know you've mentioned that you're not much into the video aspect of what you do - your passion is the fabrication part. But if you were to take the time to do a series of HOW you build these cabs, I think plenty of people would love to watch them. I know I certainly would. I'd even be willing to pay for something like that! Maybe you could even set up a UA-cam membership thing for those videos (talk him into it Tyson - lol). I'd be first on the list! 😏 Either way, whether it's videos of them in process or the finished product, I'll be looking forward to any of these videos. Keep em comin!
It would be interesting to see some of the fabrication details. What materials you use for the frame, order of assembly, how you weld sheet metal to the frame, installation of window frames, doors, etc. I've had to make some modifications on the cab on my tractor and I've been tempted for years to start from scratch and make a new one. I enjoy your videos, wish I didn't live 1500 miles away.
Brad, next time you are building/designing a cab, maybe you would consider doing some short videos showing the steps you progress through. just a few minutes of video and advice would be awesome, and maybe easier to make than editing longer videos? I'd love to see more content from you!
Thanks for your interest buddy, I will soon be back to work and will be making more videos with the help of my son Tyson and will go into more detail due to much requests from interested people like yourself, thanks again for your time much appreciated. Brad
Nice Bad, thanks! What rubber seal do you use for the cab to tractor seal? Also window glass seal? I want to make a cab like this for my small Kubota B7300 and I like how your cabs look/operate best of what I have seen. I have a large CNC plasma table, so I can make the sheet panels easily, but it is the channel/angle type's that you use that I am most curious about, for framing up the cab/doors/window, etc Keep sharing please! Really great work.
