    Just love the Workouts. Did it today for 1hr and See heavy results in my abs. I am youre biggest Fan. Bigger than a pencake on christmas. Love the workout... my legs are so tight and muscled now.

      @@hoopplusfitwithscarlett7787 I will. Today i trained 3 hours and were repeating this video again and again. I think 9 times. My abs now next level. Thanks so much for the videos!

      @@fredericdittmar4680 Wow that sounds intense! Your abs must be solid! Make sure you warm up and cool down after a workout like that.     Wow first time I've tried this one and I love it!!! Done a couple of your other beginner videos and still struggle on opposite side (my co-ordination with arms and legs are bad lol). I will be doing this on a regular basis...thanks Scarlett

    Hi can this workout help people lose weight? I've just purchased a slightly weighted hula hoop

      Yes for sure! Obviously it needs to be combined with a healthy diet. But hula hooping for 30mins with a weighted hoop can burns approximately 210 calories (According to a study by the American Council on Exercise).
