    This 17 minute hula hoop dance workout is great for beginners who want to build their strength and stamina. We start off slow and work to increase the speed.
    As usual I've got some awesome tunes to get you in the mood!!! Let"s get our hoops and let"s get started!!!
    Warm up and cool down.
    I have not included any warm up or cool down in this video. However I advise that you do this before and after your hula hoop workout.

    Which Hoop?
    This is great workout for using weighted hula hoops. However you can equally use your favourite heavy dance hoop.
    Mine is 110cm | 43" in diameter with a metal core and foam.
    It weighs 1.3kg | 2.8lb.
