I appreciate your kindness, time especially the way you calibrate the material

Hi, Something must have changed in your manufacturing process, because the Suspenders I bought from you two months ago are of a lower quality then the ones I bought 3 years ago from you. The trigger snap latches are about 15% smaller or weaker looking, and the elastic feels cheaper some how, these just are not the same quality that I got three years ago. They will still do the job, I'm satisfied with but I'm not AS satisfied as I was with the first pair I got.

Hi AJ, you are very perceptive. The only thing that has changed about those suspenders is the trigger snaps.Probably shortly after your last order that manufacturer changed from the older larger ones to the slightly smaller ones. They have worked very well, even though they are not quite as robust. Hope that they work well for you.

How do adjust suspenders so don't slip off shoulders? Thanks

Hi Larry, You might want to tighten the straps up a bit. But not too tight. You could move to a larger size, which would move the rear cross patch up your back a bit further and might help with that. Some folks have rounded or sloped shoulders, so it might just be your body shape. Some people like that use one of our children's Mitten Clips to hold the straps together in the back around their shoulder blades. That holds the straps together so that they will not slip. Hope that helps!
