Hi Claudia congratulations on 5k🎉🎉🎉🎉 not sure if you’ve noticed but there is something off on your video quality since last video. It looks like it’s in slow mo a bit. Thought I’d mention it in case no one has told you yet :)
Don't be discouraged, now that you are adding nutrients, you should start to see those nodes take off! Also blast them with very bright light in a warm area, that will also speeds things up a bit. If you have a grow light take advantage of this and utilize it for those cuttings! The fastest way in my experience was actually using a grow Thiccly poll and guiding the arial roots in to the poll during active growth were the roots grew and developed secondary roots right in the poll. When it was time to cut the plant in to individual cuttings, i cut the plant and left the cuttings attached to the poll until all the nodes activated, this process took about 6 weeks from when I first cut the plant on the poll in to individual cuttings. This was so much easier and faster because the nodes already had developed a really good root system in the poll. This method was a 100% success of all the cuttings! My intention was to propagate my Albo in the first place. Thank you for all your great videos! 😁
That’s amazing! I tried to air layer but I did too much and that’s how it ended up with root rot that led to me chopping it all the way back. I think I will supplement with a grow light for now too! Thank you!!
I also chopped my Monstera albo do to root rot. I was so bummed. But I ended up with three plants. It took forever...at least 5 to 6 months before I spotted them up. Really testing my patience 😢
Ugh! I remember crying with you when you found the root rot. I think it's going to be ok. Patience grasshopper.
💚
Congratulations 🎉🎉, you are already at 5.11K🥳
Thank you so much!!🥹
Congratulations on reaching and surpassing 5K
I grew some monsteras from wet sticks this year and they are the ones growing instead of the ones with leaves. So don't give up. 😊
Haha! So funny how plants always keep us on our feet! Thank you!
Great vid.
every time I prop monstera it rots…even when given plenty of time to callous. Xx thank you xx I’ll have to rewatch the chop vid now xx

I fertilize with every watering, even the few things I am growing in water or perlite. I don’t skimp on nutrients

I add Kiki paste to the growth point and my albos sprouted leaves within a few weeks.
