- Officer Tyler Hadden with the LAPD testified that when he was called to the home of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard he saw no signs of visible injuries on Heard. Depp is suing Heard for $50 million alleging she defamed him when she referred to herself as a domestic violence victim in an op-ed in the Washington Post. Both Depp and Heard have accused each other of domestic violence.

@@xandrevanvuureen6915 It's pretty clear and it's obvious that these studios dropped him right after her accusations way back. His lawyer even pointed this out with the dates with Disney. You'd have to be living under a rock to not have realised thag the moment he was accused of being a "wife beater" and the tabloids went to town with it, he lost many deals and his image was soiled. It was directly after that moment.

If people really want to support him regardless of this outcome then they need to truly not support the franchises that cut him off, rent a bunch of Johnny Depp movies and not watch any movies with Amber. That's how you support beyond this.
I get your point and empathize with it. But won't that be putting the producers and directors of those movies in loss. They haven't done anything wrong... If Amber herself was a producer, then I'd agree with you. But isn't it Collateral damage for producers and filmmakers if we avoid watching movies that she was a part of.

Not watching her older movies won't affect the producers or filmmakers much because they've moved on to other projects that will make them money. As far as future films, once it's apparent no one wants to watch films with her in it due to all her disturbing behavior and lying (she only told half the truth. The parts rhat made her look like a saint), then filmmakers and producers will simply not hire her and will hire different actresses for their new projects and not be affected.

This is part of legal cases. If you leave any room for variation or reasons why someone could or couldn't do something it means that you have a lack of the truth. When presenting information to the jury you want ALL your information to be as accurate as possible. To the highest degree. That way there is no way to interpret something other then the truth.

If the jury awards Depp 50 million, Amber will be up a creek unless she can get Elon or someone else to cover the tab. It looks like Hollywood is over for her.

That's just taking the testimony done right, which btw is done by the Depp's team. By asking these question they leave no holes for the Amber's team to poke through and increase the credibility of the testimony. Don't let your personal bias affect how you perceive the trial my dude
