Roughly following along with your opening:
- Standard 3 vils to gold opening - Scout around base for sheep
- Rally new vils to sheep until age up
- 2:15 Age up (Aachen) with 8 vils (5 food vils and 3 gold vils)
- 2:55 send 5 vils from sheep to straggler tree
- 3:21 Aachen up completes, queue those 8 vils to wood
- 3:40 5 straggler tree vils build an archery range (queue vils to sheep)
- Build 4 archers when archery range completes
- 4:30 9 vils from sheep to stone - queue new vils to wood
- 5:22 With 11 vils on wood queue back to sheep
- 5:45 send 9 vils from stone to build 2nd TC at deer
- 6:35 start building farms around Chapel with wood villagers
- Rally vils from 2nd TC to food
- 7:10 send 5 vils from food to gold; build tower if needed
- 10:20 Age up (Regnitz) with 9 vils from wood

This is not a build, he just reacted to mongol tower rushing him into trade horsemen harass and trade. I mean it's not something you can copy paste like a recipe. In Hre you have to constantly adapt and think it's why i love this civ.

It's not easy at all, usually you have to play around the tower and adapt your strategy based on what resource they deny (if you get gold denied, go into 2TC playstyle, etc.) The french vs mongol guide will be uploaded soon
