I always theorize that the new land they explore would have a dark secret. That an interdimensional traveler came there to run experiments. That traveler being that one scientist who tried to dissect the planters. After all she was able to open a small portal before without the gems, just needed tons more power. Could have replicated it especially with her supposed connections. Did it in secret after the finale, possible where she opened it later was near some zappapedes, if those can charge a phone to an insane level of power.. What could those do for the portal's power needs?
This would definitely be a nice way to continue Anne, Sasha, and Marcy's story with another interdimensional adventure that could lead them back to Amphibia.

Agreed. I'd love to see the Trio back together working to reunite with their found families once again. And it's totally possible that Terri did discover a way to permantly open portals, after all Anne, Sasha, and Marcy come from the same Earth as Luz, Dipper, and Mable, so we know theres more then one way to open a dimensionalportal in this universes and if they even met up with these other characters they could totally help Terri do it with their experience.
TBH I think the best way to do that would be to make it completely non canon Like, just have the characters meet, and do whatever the fuck the writers want without ANY regard for continuity. Have Belos fight Andrias. Have the Core possess Belos. Have Luz become a Titan and Anne use her Calamity powers. Make an all-out war between Amphibia and the Boiling Isles or WHATEVER. Just go all out, make it as wild and wacky and FUN as possible

Anne hits Andrias several times... but before giving the last one she sees herself in a reflection seeing that she now has blue hair and branches growing on her head. Anne: What am I now? (she gets scared of herself) It would have been interesting if while they were on Earth Anne had a crisis when she doubted whether she was still "Anne" or if she was now something else...a kind of "mutant Anne"
Disney wouldn't let Matt Braly have Anne grieve Marcy in season 3 or stress out. What makes you think they would have let her freak out over her power?
One idea that popped into my mind is that of a prequel story. Showcasing more of the life of Andreas, Barrel & Leaf before the events of The Core & The King. Letting those 3 have some journeys of their own. Even if it's a few half hour specials worth. Like 3 or 4 of them. Gives a good excuse to explore Amphibia and beyond.
That would really help flesh out the world of Amphibia's past. Hell maybe they could give us hint to past details like the Sand Wars Yunnan talks about.
Amphibia, Gravity Falls, The Owl House. Three shows that changed many lives and deserve a revival. Forget about live action remakes, Disney. If you want to bring back something, bring back these. We need it. We crave it. We want it. Also, we want a full blown crossover of these shows. I kinda like the idea of Amphibia pulling an Infinity Train and telling the story of other humans being trapped in another region of Amphibia and going on a different adventure. Now that the Owl House is over, I had a "fan made story" in my head about something similar: a man being trapped in another region of the Demon Realm, trying to find his way back (kinda similar to Samurai Jack).
Knowing Disney, they'd probably want to have a kid protagonist, so I can imagine a potential sequel focusing on a new group of kids getting lost in Amphibia, with Sprig an the others looking after them (being frogs, they are the most marketable character)
If Amphibia ever makes a comeback on Disney Channel in anyway, shape, or form, I will lose my mind with hype and excitement. Amphibia is my favorite series of all time. I recently met Keith David at a comic-con. He was super nice and truly was an honor to meet him. He even signed a King Andrias poster I have and my Marcy book. Let’s hope Amphibia comes back someday.

I would think that the show could pull a Legend of Korra style and introduce us to a new trio of protagonists and potential characters that enter Amphibia. With cameos and tributes to the original show, and Original Calamity Trio.
Matt has said that he has ideas for an Amphibia movie featuring time travel. Maybe it could end with the characters preventing the destruction of the calamity box and stones at the end of the hardest thing and creating a timeline where Anne and Sprig were never separated, and future installments of the franchise could follow that timeline.
last year I came up with an idea for season 4 of Amphibia where Sprig and Ivy go on an adventure. at the end of the last episode, Ivy says there is a new continent on the other side of Amphibia and I got an idea. in the show, we know that at the most advanced time of the Amphibia empire they were able to travel to space, and I got an idea: what if on the new continent Sprig and Ivy find an abandoned spaceship, and then accidentally turn it on and they get sent to space on this ship which was made to travel to a black hole and research it. the whole plot of the season would be them trying to escape the ship and get back home before the ship would reach the black hole and travel inside it. I think that could be a cool season 4 or spin-off.
i always had this idea for a sequel where sprig discovers a paper depicting a 4th calamity stone and tells about it to anne through the mail portal you mentioned, then from that they make contact with luz and find out the 4th stone has been experimented on by the archivists then conflict ensues and the result is the the modified stone fuses with a new character that could lead to what you said about a new series where he is the MC but all the other characters ARE there just not the spotlight and him trying to figure out what to do and how to use the power of a god
I think an anthology series or something like the Tales of the Jedi/Empire series that Star Wars has done would be a really cool idea for the series. You could have your main cast back having stories that took place off camera or between episodes and even go into the past and showcase more of young Andrias or even go WAY way back and reveal the origins of the calamity stones and box with more than just dialogue!
I could see one where Ann, Marcy, & Sasha end up in a different world helping out, but also accidentally end up in Amphibia again but only briefly because they need to get back to what they were dealing with on that other world. I would kind of like seeing Ann's reaction to the statue of her. And a different one where Sprig, Ivy, Polly, Frobo, & some others are off exploring the area that Ivy rushed in to tell Sprig about after Ann's statue was unveiled.
I’ve have had a theory ever since the last episode of amphibia came out that might be foreshadowing or showing us that the main trio still has some of the calamity stones powers left if u stayed and watched the end credits the last picture it show is a picture of the girls all grown up with three cups beside the picture and each cup Aline’s with each of the girls corresponding calamity power colors and each of the cups have a lil bit of juice left so this may be foreshadowing. But idk maybe I’m just overthinking it but it could be true who knows.
I would prefer the girls coming back to Amphibia and reuniting with they friends and Amphibian families, and going on a new adventure, but no time travel please.
You know what would’ve been cool? A “Where are they Now?” style miniseries that takes place after the girls leave Amphibia, but before the 10 year time skip with about 10 episodes, including the one where the trio do their last activity together before Marcy and her family move out. Maggie could also apologize to Anne for picking on her and on Anne’s 14th Birthday, Anne could give Maggie a kâo nǐu bîng.
Much prefer the girls story continue after the ending. So much potential with the three girls together! The portal that was created, did allow stuff to go thru, but it was open for seconds, with the original portal that was created by Terri's old boss was sending stuff to Amphibia. But Terri's portal was powered by a old warehouse, several portable generators, and two cars, all of which don't actually give much power. The old warehouse gave most of the power to the portal, at several hundred amps with it's old power grid, the generators gave probable about a hundred amps at most, while the cars gave at most a couple of amps of power, which allowed a mantis arm to come thru to attack. A warehouse with more specialized power grid or a factory would probably allow a small group of people to pass thru before the portal closes. The gems are only needed to power a constantly on portal and a portal that's big and last long enough to allow a entire army and it's equipment thru. A good way to cut back on power need, is to build at least a receiver that would be powerful enough to stabilize the portal from the other side. Opening a portal from one side requires a lot of power, but what if both sides coordinate to open the portal from both ends. I think the power needed would be less and the portal would last longer and be more stable. Season 3 kinda ruined me on Sprig and the Plantars, their was a few good episodes with them in the human world, and a few with them back in Amphibia. But most of the time, it felt like the writers didn't know what to do with them and tried to force them in. I think it would have been better if they stayed in Amphibia, and have a switch view between Anne and Sasha. With the Plantars and Sasha become friends in a different way, while Sasha's journey of having become the leader of the resistance being shown. While Anne's part could be more focused on her getting back to Amphibia and her surviving more assassination attempts from Andrias and Darcy. With Anne returning to Amphibia, a more focus on the two girls and their different interactions with the Amphibia characters. A more improved episode of Sasha trying to make Anne the leader, could have Sprig and the Plantars torn, they love Anne and know she would be their to fight with them. But Sasha has proven herself of being the leader that the resistance needs, with Sprig being the one to tell Anne of how much Sasha has changed, and being backed up by the rest of the family, and how much trust everyone puts in Sasha being the leader. Anne with the Plantars help Sasha understand how much she has grown and is needed being the leader and Anne stepping up to help lighten the weight on Sasha. Revivals are a scary thing, the chance of the revival being subpar is their. Most likely from meddling from higher up. But the chance of it being as good as the original or better is also their.
Anne and Sprig reunited again Anne: wait, who are those tadpoles that accompany you? Sprig: They are my children. Who is that little girl that accompanies you? A: She is my daughter
We’re still hoping for that Amphibia x Owl House crossover in the future! But hopefully that it could adopt an Anthology ‘Infinity Train’ style for new stories Or it could go Legend of Korra as well and introduce a new trio of protagonists and characters to engage ourselves to, with nods and references to the original Calamity Trio, like Korra did for it’s series. I would honestly be interested in any of these scenarios. A Sprig, Polly, and Ivy adventure could be great. That’d be what I’d be most eager to watch. I also wouldn’t mind another adventure with the girls. And, a series with completely new characters where the old cast pop up occasionally? I’d say if “Legend of Korra” could pull it off, an Amphibia sequel series definitely could too 👍🏼

Just as I expected, no talk about Kyle Carrozza, sorry I find it strange considering he worked on Adventure Time, created Magic Mighty Magiswords, exct., so I would expect something on it, but it probaly wouldn't fair well with todays UA-cam atmosphere and this video was probaly made before that and was being polished before posted.
I had an idea of what if it wasn’t *humans* that got send to amphibia, but a different species entirely. For example, what happens if a species from another dimension came through the portal to amphibia. Sure, it could be similar to the og amphibia. But, it would be a lot cooler. Just imagine a demon from the BI coming to amphibia?! That would be so cool. (but very unlikely to happen outside of chibi shorts) I just think that this idea could be really cool.
My 6yo and i are sat here saying OMG YES PLS 🙏 ill take any extra amphibia and owl house i can get. Especially the latter consodering how rushed it was forced to be
I would like Anne to reuinite in Amphibia at some point. But I can also see either a sequel series with Sprig and Polly going on an adventure similar to Gravity Falls focusing on some new mystery happening in another section of the world. Another idea but would probably require a spinoff name change is if they continued off with the magical-girl-like thing from when Anne 'died' and had something happen needing her to travel to other worlds similar to how Fiona and Cake went.
Maybe also, they wouldn't be separated upon arriving in Amphibia like the calamity trio were and would stay together the whole time, and maybe they could get back to earth in The end by someone from Earth coming to rescue them. Maybe that someone could even be Anne.
I got a theory- ever since Matt mentioned wanting to maybe make an Amphibia movie but making it about time-travel, and the cliffhanger in Marcy's journal, what if... once the time-skip calamity trio visit Terry and go through the portal they'll end up in Amphibia but not in like actual Amphibia but in the past version of it due to the portal not being set completely properly. I don't know but it'd be interesting.
Honestly, Amphibia doesn't really need to be brought back. Perhaps a loose spin-off focusing specifically on Sprig (and his fellow frog friends) may be a better idea, as Anne, Sasha and Marcy's story is pretty much over, but frankly, I think Amphibia can be left alone. Star Vs., Owl House and even Gravity Falls I think would make more sense to make continuations because there's A LOT more potential with them.
I agree with you somewhat about Marcy, Anne and Sasha. But, while I think an Owl House or Star Vs. spin off would be nice, I would say these two shows appeal to a more niche audience than Amphibia does. The former two shows lean more heavily into the horror/darker elements almost all the time, whereas Amphibia only does so for very specific reasons/episodes. And, not everyone is into horror/darker stuff. So, Disney is, unfortunately, more likely to take a chance on an Amphibia sequel series. I’m not saying I think that’s good, I’m just saying that it’s what’s more likely to happen. Plus Dana Terrace quit Disney, so…

2:28 I mean sure best they could get at that time, but I'm sure that with Mr. X being on their side after the invasion was resolved, I'm sure they could get more resources to use to power it. A field of solar and wind farm feeding a massive power bank, or heck even a nuclear reactor used for just that. Heck could just open it big enough to send a drone in with an automatic message playing to say simply "Planters. Follow Me." Then once they get there, ask them through the portal to gather some of those electric bugs to send through. Or send some cabling through the portal to add enough power to open it more to send them to earth.
I think the best way to continue Amphibia is have some exploration of this “new continent” mentioned in The Hardest Thing, while possibly having a smaller B plot of the girls trying to get back, and they do at the end? Idk it’s cool
Maybe a sequel to the show like lets say with sprig polly and grime on cool adventures to see how they can dring back the girls to amphibia or some new people
One thing that some people forget up at the very end of the final episode Spring is going off to adventure in a new continent that is untouched by any of Amphibia kind so if they were to continue the story, they should probably go off of that
I would always be sat if amphibia came back onto my screen and we get to see a reunion of our favorite characters. I just wonder what a potential new villain for this story can be since we saw the main villain the core get destroyed.
Honestly. Gravity Falls may be better and Owl House pushed the envelope more… Amphibia’s gotta be my favorite. No other ending, of any show, has made me sob. I don’t cry at shows. Ever. I didn’t cry at endgame. But the silly frog show pushed me over the edge. I love this show.
I feel like an interesting idea is that the girls get randomly sent to Amphibia again, by a future version of Anne who accepted Domino's offer after she died. However, feeling overwhelmed and unqualified, she puts her past self through trials meant to help her figure out problems in the future she hasn't quite got the answers to yet.
I want to get to know Grime’s backstory at some point. It has been my headcanon FOREVER that he’s undead and was resurrected by magic at some point and I NEED that to be confirmed or denied!

I can’t be the first to notice that when Anne used the calamity powers the box and gems got destroyed but the keeper cat person said it been 10000 years and she is the only one to use it for good so that means people have used it before and called upon the power of all 3 stones so I think it might pop up later on like in an other generation and the calamity threes kids go to amphibia or maybe it pops up in another world idk but whatever it meant I am pretty sure that wasn’t a coincidence and that there will be a cool sequel coming up
I think that on the new continent that grime discovered at the end of season 3, sprig and ivy should discover a new way to make portals but don't get it working for a fee more years and then Anne and sprigs kids get lost in Amphibia using the portal and Anne and sprig need to go save them. I have an idea for an Owlphibia crossover that could happen, that would also expand on Amphibia's lore. This is based on an OC I have. We know Valeriana created the music box, but what if she had help. Calamites Pristimantis is a frog that grew up with Valeriana during the age when Amphibia first discovered the gems. Calamites and Valeriana would be part of the ancient order that studied the gems and tried to unlock their power. But while Valeriana convinced the others that the key to bringing peace to Amphibia was using the gems for conquest, Calamites thought otherwise. He believed conquering other worlds was merely treating the symptoms, not the problem. The reason Frogs, Toads, and Newts didn't get along was because society bred problems such as classism, poverty, and hatred. After trying to steal back the box, he was magically entombed. Some time in the future, after both series finales, he is somehow released, and after learning about Belos and Andrias, he is more determined than ever to revert all sentient species back to a more primitive state to "save them". Calamites, like Valeriana, is very skilled in magic, and has developed the ability to shapeshift into any species, but he can only do so by touching them to access their DNA. Calamites wants to find the Collector and gain their power so he can return all sentient species to a more primitive state, and get rid of civilization.
Honestly I never gave Amphibia as much credit as it deserved when I was watching it (I was more hyped on Owl House) but I admit I’m yearning for some more Amphibia now as well, might even get the books cause they look really cool
I guess there will be a movie project around 2030 that combines GF, Amphibia and the owl House. They release Books now and keep the franchises alive. Now it would be time to combine the shows. But with new main character(s). Let me explain. GF opened the multiverse, The Owl house told a (spin off) multiverse story but amphibia realy fired the multiverse of the show. It combined all three shows. They at least play in the same human world. And from GF we know that there exists time travel. So Bralys idea of a time travel story in Amphibia is not that unrealistic at all. I think none of the friendchises would work alone, because all of their storys were brought to an end. Except Amphibia. Amphibia gave us the hope of getting more content. But I would prefere new characters with young teenage age and the main casts of the three shows pop up as helping side characters. The story could be something like: Bill Cipher is alive. He becomes freed by a new protagonist and he could finaly break down the barrier between worlds. So the demon realm Amphibia, the earth and maybe more worlds of the multiverse arr clipping into each other. Our old heros who have been in other worlds before see chances and danger. They have to fight bill together to save their beloved isekai worlds. Time travel could also be a way to stop Bill in the past or something. This could also be an opportunity to give us more information about the entities in the different worlds (Archivists, 3-Stone entity) I think a 3 Part movie project would be perfect for that. And if it sells well there could be a bunch of spin off series with our new character introduced in these movies.

I mean would sequel being like in the original show ruin the ending? The ending shows that the hardest thing is to realise that you cant hold onto anything forever AND that some of those thing can come back to you meaning since the last scene is 10 years later it would just underline the fact.
There is a comic on insta doing that and it has been slow boiling for over a year on that, love every bit of it, but an official story, I could get down with that

Perhaps Beyond the Spider-Verse could focus on Amphibia, the Demon Realm and the Kingdom of Mewni. Since Spectacular Spider Man was on Disney channel, there are even fan comics about it.
I still can't get that they canonically deleted Anne, and she's replaced by a doppleganger. Like, Owl house at least left it completely vague what actually happened to Luz.
Why not all 3? We start with an amphibia movie where we focus on the girls and the frogs where the girls want to go back to see their loved ones but with universes caving in it’s a good way to tie in Amphibia and The owl house. They already are set in the same universe so it wouldn’t be to hard to have the boiling isles and amphibia collide but if they’re scared it won’t tie together smoothly they can have a gravity falls reference or even a Rick and Morty one or a combination of the both with weirdageddon or what happened to the citadel crossing universes isn’t a stretch for those two universes. The girls get trapped by whatever evil is going on there maybe the archives come back and they trap the girls thinking one of them is Luz. Which then gives a A,B and C plot story A focusing on the new adventures spring and Ivy trying to save the girls plus whatever other characters they want to have more screen time. B focusing on the girls as they try to escape from their side. And C a Luz, Eda and King story and whoever else they wish to add in to give a possibly of a continued owl house story if people like it just as much as the amphibia movie. After the movie we then come back to the show whatever happened in the movie the camera pans up to the planeters house same look same style same everything tricking the viewers that it’s going to be a sprig and Ivy story until out comes 3 children of sprig and Ivy older middle and younger child all 3 can be girls and named after the hero’s of amphibia oldest would be Sasha youngest would be Marcie and middle would be Ann. Then we start by following their adventure.

One idea that popped into my mind is that of a prequel story. Showcasing more of the life of Andreas, Barrel & Leaf before the events of The Core & The King. Letting those 3 have some journeys of their own. Even if it's a few half hour specials worth. Like 3 or 4 of them. Gives a good excuse to explore Amphibia and beyond.
Oh yes, i would love to see that! Andrias' backstory involving his lineage is just so intruiging!
That would really help flesh out the world of Amphibia's past. Hell maybe they could give us hint to past details like the Sand Wars Yunnan talks about.
Amphibia, Gravity Falls, The Owl House. Three shows that changed many lives and deserve a revival. Forget about live action remakes, Disney. If you want to bring back something, bring back these. We need it. We crave it. We want it. Also, we want a full blown crossover of these shows.
I kinda like the idea of Amphibia pulling an Infinity Train and telling the story of other humans being trapped in another region of Amphibia and going on a different adventure.

Knowing Disney, they'd probably want to have a kid protagonist, so I can imagine a potential sequel focusing on a new group of kids getting lost in Amphibia, with Sprig an the others looking after them (being frogs, they are the most marketable character)
If Amphibia ever makes a comeback on Disney Channel in anyway, shape, or form, I will lose my mind with hype and excitement. Amphibia is my favorite series of all time. I recently met Keith David at a comic-con. He was super nice and truly was an honor to meet him. He even signed a King Andrias poster I have and my Marcy book. Let’s hope Amphibia comes back someday.

I would think that the show could pull a Legend of Korra style and introduce us to a new trio of protagonists and potential characters that enter Amphibia.
With cameos and tributes to the original show, and Original Calamity Trio.
Matt has said that he has ideas for an Amphibia movie featuring time travel. Maybe it could end with the characters preventing the destruction of the calamity box and stones at the end of the hardest thing and creating a timeline where Anne and Sprig were never separated, and future installments of the franchise could follow that timeline.

last year I came up with an idea for season 4 of Amphibia where Sprig and Ivy go on an adventure. at the end of the last episode, Ivy says there is a new continent on the other side of Amphibia and I got an idea. in the show, we know that at the most advanced time of the Amphibia empire they were able to travel to space, and I got an idea: what if on the new continent Sprig and Ivy find an abandoned spaceship, and then accidentally turn it on and they get sent to space on this ship which was made to travel to a black hole and research it. the whole plot of the season would be them trying to escape the ship and get back home before the ship would reach the black hole and travel inside it. I think that could be a cool season 4 or spin-off.
i always had this idea for a sequel where sprig discovers a paper depicting a 4th calamity stone and tells about it to anne through the mail portal you mentioned, then from that they make contact with luz and find out the 4th stone has been experimented on by the archivists then conflict ensues and the result is the the modified stone fuses with a new character that could lead to what you said about a new series where he is the MC but all the other characters ARE there just not the spotlight and him trying to figure out what to do and how to use the power of a god
I think an anthology series or something like the Tales of the Jedi/Empire series that Star Wars has done would be a really cool idea for the series. You could have your main cast back having stories that took place off camera or between episodes and even go into the past and showcase more of young Andrias or even go WAY way back and reveal the origins of the calamity stones and box with more than just dialogue!
I could see one where Ann, Marcy, & Sasha end up in a different world helping out, but also accidentally end up in Amphibia again but only briefly because they need to get back to what they were dealing with on that other world. I would kind of like seeing Ann's reaction to the statue of her.
And a different one where Sprig, Ivy, Polly, Frobo, & some others are off exploring the area that Ivy rushed in to tell Sprig about after Ann's statue was unveiled.

I’ve have had a theory ever since the last episode of amphibia came out that might be foreshadowing or showing us that the main trio still has some of the calamity stones powers left if u stayed and watched the end credits the last picture it show is a picture of the girls all grown up with three cups beside the picture and each cup Aline’s with each of the girls corresponding calamity power colors and each of the cups have a lil bit of juice left so this may be foreshadowing. But idk maybe I’m just overthinking it but it could be true who knows.
I would prefer the girls coming back to Amphibia and reuniting with they friends and Amphibian families, and going on a new adventure, but no time travel please.

A “Where are they Now?” style miniseries that takes place after the girls leave Amphibia, but before the 10 year time skip with about 10 episodes, including the one where the trio do their last activity together before Marcy and her family move out. Maggie could also apologize to Anne for picking on her and on Anne’s 14th Birthday, Anne could give Maggie a kâo nǐu bîng.

The portal that was created, did allow stuff to go thru, but it was open for seconds, with the original portal that was created by Terri's old boss was sending stuff to Amphibia. But Terri's portal was powered by a old warehouse, several portable generators, and two cars, all of which don't actually give much power. The old warehouse gave most of the power to the portal, at several hundred amps with it's old power grid, the generators gave probable about a hundred amps at most, while the cars gave at most a couple of amps of power, which allowed a mantis arm to come thru to attack. A warehouse with more specialized power grid or a factory would probably allow a small group of people to pass thru before the portal closes.
The gems are only needed to power a constantly on portal and a portal that's big and last long enough to allow a entire army and it's equipment thru.
A good way to cut back on power need, is to build at least a receiver that would be powerful enough to stabilize the portal from the other side. Opening a portal from one side requires a lot of power, but what if both sides coordinate to open the portal from both ends. I think the power needed would be less and the portal would last longer and be more stable.
Season 3 kinda ruined me on Sprig and the Plantars, their was a few good episodes with them in the human world, and a few with them back in Amphibia. But most of the time, it felt like the writers didn't know what to do with them and tried to force them in. I think it would have been better if they stayed in Amphibia, and have a switch view between Anne and Sasha. With the Plantars and Sasha become friends in a different way, while Sasha's journey of having become the leader of the resistance being shown. While Anne's part could be more focused on her getting back to Amphibia and her surviving more assassination attempts from Andrias and Darcy.
With Anne returning to Amphibia, a more focus on the two girls and their different interactions with the Amphibia characters. A more improved episode of Sasha trying to make Anne the leader, could have Sprig and the Plantars torn, they love Anne and know she would be their to fight with them. But Sasha has proven herself of being the leader that the resistance needs, with Sprig being the one to tell Anne of how much Sasha has changed, and being backed up by the rest of the family, and how much trust everyone puts in Sasha being the leader. Anne with the Plantars help Sasha understand how much she has grown and is needed being the leader and Anne stepping up to help lighten the weight on Sasha.
Revivals are a scary thing, the chance of the revival being subpar is their. Most likely from meddling from higher up. But the chance of it being as good as the original or better is also their.

I would honestly be interested in any of these scenarios. A Sprig, Polly, and Ivy adventure could be great. That’d be what I’d be most eager to watch. I also wouldn’t mind another adventure with the girls. And, a series with completely new characters where the old cast pop up occasionally? @@BokanProductions That would be the one I’d want too, actually. To me, it has much more storytelling potential than the other two scenarios. The ‘new kids on the block’ scenario does too, but that kind of sequel series is really hard to get right.
Just as I expected, no talk about Kyle Carrozza, sorry I find it strange considering he worked on Adventure Time, created Magic Mighty Magiswords, exct., so I would expect something on it, but it probaly wouldn't fair well with todays UA-cam atmosphere and this video was probaly made before that and was being polished before posted.
I had an idea of what if it wasn’t *humans* that got send to amphibia, but a different species entirely. For example, what happens if a species from another dimension came through the portal to amphibia. Sure, it could be similar to the og amphibia. But, it would be a lot cooler. Just imagine a demon from the BI coming to amphibia?! That would be so cool. (but very unlikely to happen outside of chibi shorts) I just think that this idea could be really cool.

But I can also see either a sequel series with Sprig and Polly going on an adventure similar to Gravity Falls focusing on some new mystery happening in another section of the world. Another idea but would probably require a spinoff name change is if they continued off with the magical-girl-like thing from when Anne 'died' and had something happen needing her to travel to other worlds similar to how Fiona and Cake went.

I got a theory- ever since Matt mentioned wanting to maybe make an Amphibia movie but making it about time-travel, and the cliffhanger in Marcy's journal, what if... once the time-skip calamity trio visit Terry and go through the portal they'll end up in Amphibia but not in like actual Amphibia but in the past version of it due to the portal not being set completely properly. I don't know but it'd be interesting.
Honestly, Amphibia doesn't really need to be brought back. Perhaps a loose spin-off focusing specifically on Sprig (and his fellow frog friends) may be a better idea, as Anne, Sasha and Marcy's story is pretty much over, but frankly, I think Amphibia can be left alone. Star Vs., Owl House and even Gravity Falls I think would make more sense to make continuations because there's A LOT more potential with them.

I agree with you somewhat about Marcy, Anne and Sasha. But, while I think an Owl House or Star Vs. spin off would be nice, I would say these two shows appeal to a more niche audience than Amphibia does. The former two shows lean more heavily into the horror/darker elements almost all the time, whereas Amphibia only does so for very specific reasons/episodes. And, not everyone is into horror/darker stuff. So, Disney is, unfortunately, more likely to take a chance on an Amphibia sequel series. I’m not saying I think that’s good, I’m just saying that it’s what’s more likely to happen. Plus Dana Terrace quit Disney, so…

The Amphibia ending made me cry a lot Amphibia, Gravity falls and the owl house just kind of made my childhood a little bit.

One thing that some people forget up at the very end of the final episode Spring is going off to adventure in a new continent that is untouched by any of Amphibia kind so if they were to continue the story, they should probably go off of that

Honestly. Gravity Falls may be better and Owl House pushed the envelope more… Amphibia’s gotta be my favorite. No other ending, of any show, has made me sob. I don’t cry at shows. Ever. I didn’t cry at endgame. But the silly frog show pushed me over the edge. I love this show.

I feel like an interesting idea is that the girls get randomly sent to Amphibia again, by a future version of Anne who accepted Domino's offer after she died. However, feeling overwhelmed and unqualified, she puts her past self through trials meant to help her figure out problems in the future she hasn't quite got the answers to yet.
I want to get to know Grime’s backstory at some point. It has been my headcanon FOREVER that he’s undead and was resurrected by magic at some point and I NEED that to be confirmed or denied!

I can’t be the first to notice that when Anne used the calamity powers the box and gems got destroyed but the keeper cat person said it been 10000 years and she is the only one to use it for good so that means people have used it before and called upon the power of all 3 stones so I think it might pop up later on like in an other generation and the calamity threes kids go to amphibia or maybe it pops up in another world idk but whatever it meant I am pretty sure that wasn’t a coincidence and that there will be a cool sequel coming up
I think that on the new continent that grime discovered at the end of season 3, sprig and ivy should discover a new way to make portals but don't get it working for a fee more years and then Anne and sprigs kids get lost in Amphibia using the portal and Anne and sprig need to go save them. I have an idea for an Owlphibia crossover that could happen, that would also expand on Amphibia's lore. This is based on an OC I have.
We know Valeriana created the music box, but what if she had help. Calamites Pristimantis is a frog that grew up with Valeriana during the age when Amphibia first discovered the gems. Calamites and Valeriana would be part of the ancient order that studied the gems and tried to unlock their power. But while Valeriana convinced the others that the key to bringing peace to Amphibia was using the gems for conquest, Calamites thought otherwise. He believed conquering other worlds was merely treating the symptoms, not the problem. The reason Frogs, Toads, and Newts didn't get along was because society bred problems such as classism, poverty, and hatred. After trying to steal back the box, he was magically entombed. Some time in the future, after both series finales, he is somehow released, and after learning about Belos and Andrias, he is more determined than ever to revert all sentient species back to a more primitive state to "save them".
Calamites, like Valeriana, is very skilled in magic, and has developed the ability to shapeshift into any species, but he can only do so by touching them to access their DNA. Calamites wants to find the Collector and gain their power so he can return all sentient species to a more primitive state, and get rid of civilization.
Honestly I never gave Amphibia as much credit as it deserved when I was watching it (I was more hyped on Owl House) but I admit I’m yearning for some more Amphibia now as well, might even get the books cause they look really cool
I guess there will be a movie project around 2030 that combines GF, Amphibia and the owl House. They release Books now and keep the franchises alive. Now it would be time to combine the shows. But with new main character(s).
Let me explain. GF opened the multiverse, The Owl house told a (spin off) multiverse story but amphibia realy fired the multiverse of the show. It combined all three shows. They at least play in the same human world. And from GF we know that there exists time travel. So Bralys idea of a time travel story in Amphibia is not that unrealistic at all. I think none of the friendchises would work alone, because all of their storys were brought to an end. Except Amphibia. Amphibia gave us the hope of getting more content. But I would prefere new characters with young teenage age and the main casts of the three shows pop up as helping side characters.
The story could be something like: Bill Cipher is alive. He becomes freed by a new protagonist and he could finaly break down the barrier between worlds. So the demon realm Amphibia, the earth and maybe more worlds of the multiverse arr clipping into each other. Our old heros who have been in other worlds before see chances and danger. They have to fight bill together to save their beloved isekai worlds. Time travel could also be a way to stop Bill in the past or something. This could also be an opportunity to give us more information about the entities in the different worlds (Archivists, 3-Stone entity)
I think a 3 Part movie project would be perfect for that. And if it sells well there could be a bunch of spin off series with our new character introduced in these movies.

Why not all 3? We start with an amphibia movie where we focus on the girls and the frogs where the girls want to go back to see their loved ones but with universes caving in it’s a good way to tie in Amphibia and The owl house. They already are set in the same universe so it wouldn’t be to hard to have the boiling isles and amphibia collide but if they’re scared it won’t tie together smoothly they can have a gravity falls reference or even a Rick and Morty one or a combination of the both with weirdageddon or what happened to the citadel crossing universes isn’t a stretch for those two universes. The girls get trapped by whatever evil is going on there maybe the archives come back and they trap the girls thinking one of them is Luz. Which then gives a A,B and C plot story A focusing on the new adventures spring and Ivy trying to save the girls plus whatever other characters they want to have more screen time. B focusing on the girls as they try to escape from their side. And C a Luz, Eda and King story and whoever else they wish to add in to give a possibly of a continued owl house story if people like it just as much as the amphibia movie. After the movie we then come back to the show whatever happened in the movie the camera pans up to the planeters house same look same style same everything tricking the viewers that it’s going to be a sprig and Ivy story until out comes 3 children of sprig and Ivy older middle and younger child all 3 can be girls and named after the hero’s of amphibia oldest would be Sasha youngest would be Marcie and middle would be Ann. Then we start by following their adventure.
