Cool trick! I have this problem with some metal stuff I own, will have to try this. It seems like the uses for apple cider vinegar are endless. I'm always hearing about new things to do with it.
Yes, definitely give it try Caasi! It worked for me.. don't know if it works for every metal, but worked for mine... If you have any tricks of your own, definitely share :-)
Thanks Guelsan1!! I hope it will work for you, let me know. At first it will smell a little like vinegar, obviously right? But then afterwards the smell goes away and will not stay on your hands. I rubbed vinegar once all over the deer head, let it dry, then I did it a second time. So if worked for me, hopefully it works for you too, good luck!!
Omg😂 guys please watch an educational video on metal smell. Metal do not have a smell is you. Stop touvhing it or put on a glove and it won't smell at all lol
Thanks. That removed about 90% of the bad smell from the object I tried it on
Well, I’m glad it removed 90% of the smell. Let it sit for a while, the bad small might completely be gone after a while. 👍

Does this work with like chain necklaces?
Melinda T I think it should, give it a try. It would probably be good just to soak it for a few minutes and see what happens.
