One fault I found that instead of specified 24volt output it delivered 48 volt in the output and severe damage to the load. Sir, kindly discuss if possible.
Thank you very much. I have another good question for you - i have PSU with L6565 and R sense resistor is blowing. Seems like IC is not closing mosfet and it stays open. I did replace both is as well ss mosfet with resistor but it still happens. Any of yoy ideas on why this haplens? Thanks again for great tutorials!

You did not explain why there is fluctuation in the man DC capacitor when the feedback or output circuit is open circuit considering as I understand it the power supply is operating without a load . If there is no load why is the main DC capacitor voltage changing ?
when ic fails to find feedback it switches uptil maximum duty cycle which causes to draw maximum current causing to drop voltage on capacitor then this ic turns off due to over voltage protection, which causes to regain voltage to it's normal voltage on dc capacitor then ic have to wait until the voltage on vcc drops to the UVLO lower threshold, so ic will start again so these surges on dc capacitor cause to variations on capacitor if ic switching continuely then the voltage on capacitor will stable
@@HaseebElectronics the current being drawn from the main DC capacitor under these conditions is the magnetising current being drawn by the primary of the transformer . So with a bigger duty cycle you will see a bigger magnetising current . Is it correct that this should still be a relatively small current compared to the current being drawn from the DC capacitor when it is operating normally under load ?
Chokran Dear, If possible can you explain the use of snubber circuit in SMPS and what's the effect to the DC output when we remove it or one component is failed.. Thank you for collaboration

assalamualaikum HASEEB,i have one LCD TV,but sometimes i start press remote control to switch on the tv,then the tv switch off itself,its happen while the tv is at a standby mode,i try to switch on repeatedly until the tv is on in normal condition.What is the basic issue of this problem?I consider it can be fix anyway.Please help me.🤗🤗🤗
