Zebra cake recipe/ it’s soft and fluffy /simple to make it at home/ cooking by ghazaleh

    I made zebra cake with this recipe yesterday ,
    ✅tell you in this recipe you can use hot water instead room temperature milk but you should add the hot water slowly when your mixture is on ..
    ✅ in white eggs bitting you need to have soft pick so dont mix more it will give you more puffy cake and surly need to combine it as circle and slowly to the yolk
    ✅add the white to the yolk ( DONT add the yolk to white )
    ✅and in the end you should not knock the mold to floor or shake it ( as i did this mistake) if it is happen you will not have nice zebra cake
    ✅don’t deep the disposable funnel in prepared ingredients otherwise you will lose the zebra shape
    Ingredients for soff and puffy zebra cake
    🔸-flour 200 gr ( 1,2/3 cup)
    🔸-eggs 5
    🔸-suger 300g (1,1/3 cup) i used 250 gr.✨
    🔸-vanilla suger 1 full teasp
    🔸-veg oil 100 ml ( 1/2cup)
    🔸-milk 100 ml (room temperature )(1/2cup)
    🔸-bp 1,1/2 tea sp
    🔸-coca powder 20 gr (1/4 cup)
    🔸-lemon juice 1 tea sp
    Circle cake mold 22~25cm ( 20*30)
    Electric oven with fan 175 •c for 45 mins
    ✨as i like cake with less suger i will use suger always less than the recipe recommended ✨
