I really like the idea of placing all the unique factories because they can give you a lot of money and it adds a challenge to the series. BTW I love the trick you used to place the power line between the warehouses and the road.

A big yes, not only because of revenue, but more so because I would like to see how you'd make them look like, in the vanilla game no less. Vanilla players such as myself could use the inspiration especially in terms of balancing the functionality of the building placement with organic aesthetics and design

"Should I try to place all unique factories.." Absolutely! Just make sure to spread them throughout your city as you grow each area! Bunching them up in one section does not look right. Keep it real! 👍👍

I dont think you should force yourself to build all unique industry buildings, but i'd love to see a harbour with maybe the shipyard building, those are really hard to make look good in vanilla

I think you should add some tolls on the highway. This is an Alpine city and in the Alpine countries Italy, France, Switzerland and Austria you have toll booths

I am morally opposed to toll booths. Can’t charge my citizens for access to regular parks either. You can make plenty of money just from industry
Tried building all the unique factories aswell in my map, and i absolutely loved decorating each area. Ended up being my “main thing” in my map! :-D

I think it would be nice to build all unique factories but have them in their own big factory district, far away from residential with good acces to the highway

You should, but don't do it too fast. Unique buildings are very important. But i'll recommend, that you should build a commercial district first. As Always, great Video :D

Very impressive! The industrial area looks great! On the other hand I think that placing all unique factories in city not big enough is a mistake. Boost residential areas first and build supply chains.

I like to place the paper plant, large incineration plant (can't remember its actual name), and oil refinery next to each other (with the incinerator at the bottom right of the paper plant), makes it look like a chemical plant

Of the two roads you placed at 9:30, the right one is (probably) going in the wrong direction.
Not all, I'd say stick to the farming and lumber oriented or based factories. Unless somehow the city discovered a huge underground oil/ore field.
The triangular highway connection built at the end has both on ramps coming into the industrial park, just fyi

I would say not to place all of the unique factories as evergreen county is more of a farming community. You should probably create a forest or farming industries more than any others

I think it would be best to not place all unique factories. Place them as they come naturally. Overbuilding heavy industry like that seems at odds with the naturalist approach to the rest of the city.
How about you would finish the train interchange and more zoning and and i think bus stops would be great now
