  • ATTENTION: Be sure to check out my Updated review of this pack.
Kifaru pack called the e&e (escape and evade) note: the molle sheath does not come with pack. This is the survival gear that I have in it at the time. It will likely change. Put your bug-out bag together depending on your needs and wants. But remember that you cant pack for every scenario and you'll always wish you had something more. Just stick to the basics and try to stay lightweight.

having the nylon strams in your back seems like it would be very uncomfortable to have..

I thought you had to cut off the original straps to use the upgraded straps. How are both straps still attached? Thanks for the informative video.

The E&E slip pouch located at the back of bag was designed to be a storage pouch for the webbing shoulder straps and can double as a water bladder pouch (up to a 70 ounce bladder).
It's not exactly an ideal solution and running a bladder externally through the PALS webbing is most likely a more comfortable option, not to mention avoiding the heat generated by your body. Hope that helps.

I liked the G2 E&E. Looks easier to get to things than my G1's top zipper. I would consider liquid soap over the bar. Those get all funky after use in field conditions Cotton balls mixed with Vaseline also works great as tinder. Kifaru rocks and thanks for posting the video.

UStacticalmedic36. The pack contents in this review is a snapshot in time. I have added a pot for boiling water, an afak and more since then. I am working on an updated review with new contents.

enjoyed the vid, Kifaru has awesome gear. One addition I would recommend, is mosquito head netting. Compact, no smell, and allows you to rest when you need it. Regards

Great vid man! Thanks for making it...I actually just ordered the same exact E&E bag from Kifaru today with the x-ray straps. Can you please make a video on how you attached them...while still keeping the existing straps on the bag without cuttting them...or please send me a message on how you attached the x ray straps. I'd really appreciate it man. Thanks in advance!

It looks like you attached the X-Ray Shoulder straps without cutting the original straps? Would you be so kind to share how you did that?

Why redundant straps? Cut the old ones off.

Do a search for "dr bronner" it is soap you can use in the environment the soap you are carring is not very good for the environment. Alot of people think they can take any soap into the wilderness.

Good vid! The molle everywhere would be a "red flag" where I live so I prefer the Eagle Industries E&E pack. Check out my review if you need more stealthy E&E pack.

Nice pack, I would not call this a Bug out bag, More of a get home bag. No means of cooking of food or first aid. Good review of the pack though

I would like to see a slightly larger version of this same pack, but with the addition of a suspension system, or padding on the back..
