-Grease your glass container.
-Microwave for 2 to 2 ½ minutes or bake it at 350°F (177°C) for 25-35 minutes.

I had to wait until my little glass pan arrived before I could try this. Verdict: This recipe is a complete and total, perfect, SCORE. It has a texture and taste that is just perfect, soft bread. I don’t know why…trust me, I’ve tried a boatload of keto breads. I will probably prefer not to toast it, but clearly it can be toasted quite successfully. It’s, well….bread! And I almost wrote it off because I am not fond of psyllium husks . But this was perfectly awesome. Thank you so much Ketoserts! Well, well done!

I covered my bread with parchment paper… baked in normal convection oven (since I don’t have a microwave)for 20 minutes…. It turned out delicious ! Haven’t had bread for a very long time time !! I do believe the small amount of erythhritol makes it tasty 😋

The paper was a simple sheet of parchment to kind of cover the top because someone said so … it was simply layered on top freely ( as to not letting the top get brown or dry)
Just checked after 15 minutes then again at 20 and looked good.

I'm utterly surprised that this recipe works! I used large eggs so my batter was a bit runny but I cooked it slightly longer on the microwave. Once it's cooled down n the eggy smell has disappeared, it really taste n feels quite similar to a normal slice of bread. Thk u for this recipe!

Hello Katatina.❤️ You can triple or quadruple the recipe if making a loaf and bake it at 350°F for about 40 mins and just check it from time to time until toothpick is clean when inserted.

Can you guys help me? This looks so great. Yet, each time I bake this bread, whether in microwave or in oven, respecting the times and so on... the inside of the bread is always wet.. very humid. So the taste is not good, and I have to grill it inside a toaster to get it more or less dry. I know you are all very busy, but it would really help me if you can answer me. Thank you. Grazie Mille. Hello dear, you may have to increase the cooking time in your microwave if the bread it wet. Every microwave/oven is different. Always check ot using the toothpick method.

Ketoserts has a coconut flour version of this recipe that uses flax and chia seeds instead of psyllium husks, so the flax and chia seed ratios are your best bet as a starting point for a psyllium free version of this almond yogurt bread.

After I read the comments,I made it too. It was so easy. I even used a fork to whisk the eggs and yoghurt. I halved the recipe and still had 2 slices. The bottom was a bit soggy but after I sliced it, I toasted it with the same pan I used to make a sunny side up egg. It was delicious, moist and the psyllium husk really helped I tell you. I definitely will not miss bread anymore. My breakfast was ready in 5mins. Thank you so much for this

Love the sound of this recipe. What are your thoughts on doubling and then oven baking? Seems doable to me. I would bake in loaf pan or anything else you might suggest.
Hello dear, you can definitely double or triple the recipe (depending on the size of your loaf pan) and you can bake it at 350°F for 40-50 mins, just check it from time to time until toothpick is clean when inserted.❤️🤗

You just need eggs almond flour baking powder and butter not all that extra stuff.
Psyllium husk is a luxury in my country. Can I substitute it with xanthan gum and how is the measurement, has anyone tried...? Thannk you
Ketoserts has a 3 minute coconut yogurt bread recipe without psyllium husks. If you're like me and not a fan of primarily coconut flour recipes might I suggest replacing it with a higher ratio of almond flour, probably similar to the amount in this recipe. When testing or experimenting I usually half the recipe until I get it right. As for xanthan gum, why not try it? Just use a teaspoon or less, but I still think you'll need an additional binder like an extra egg or egg white, flax or chia seeds.
