The Volvo EX90 2024 succeeds the legendary Volvo XC90! What makes the Volvo EX90 unique is that it electric, and is an SUV with 7-seats!
The design can suggest many things - some will say its an oversized Volvo EX30.
Some will say its a new generation Volvo XC90.
Some will say its more Chinese than ever.
Me? I agree will all points. The Volvo EX90 did a brilliant job preserving the Volvo identity.
Now I found the Volvo EX90 to be exaggeratingly simple, a similar problem I also noticed in the Tesla Model S. They expect you to depend on the infotainment system for most part!
Since the ownership by the Geely brand, Volvo saw a shift towards the premium segment (judging by its price). Aspiring to compete the German giants! Volvo may have had the safety on its side, it could never keep up with the German giants in terms of status and technology (like infotainment).
Does the Volvo EX90 have what it takes to pick a fight with competitors from the Volkswagen Group, Tesla, and Stellantis?

Agree. And thanks for being honest on the lack of 3rd row leg room. It’s disappointingly tight to be useful. It’s annoying to watch other reviewers say “it’s roomy” when it’s obvious they’re cramped in the back and wouldn’t last for more than 5 mins in the 3rd row.

stopped watching halfway through, felt very amateurish. Trying to use the screen when it's clearly in a demo mode, making foolish remarks without many arguments.
Demo mode… who should be blamed for that? They should have delivered the first card by now… I was going to make a deposit for an ex90 in March 2023 for delivery Q1 of 2024 max… glad I didn’t.

The Kia EV9 is what Volvo EX90 should be but a lot cheaper... Thats why i cancelled my EX90 order right after the EV9 was released. And after almost half a year. the Volvo still not able to send out their flagship car.
Yes they're a couple of things you need to know about this new Volvo. It comes from a factory or brand that is known for making extremely if not the least reliable car on the planet. Some consumers literally losing their minds trying to have a working vehicle. This vehicle was delayed at this point for years and they are trying to make it completely computer and to imitate Tesla which is the worst part of the thing.. and it's going to cost 100 grand or more. So another thing to know is skip it by a wide angle. Big circle around it looking at the other side. Even with the worst possible reliability record they haven't said a single word about working on that and instead they are blabbing about sustainability and recycled plastic and plastic leather. Shameful
120k Euros for this? LOL. For interior made of recycled shit.
I'd instead buy a BMW over this any day...
sure, best many waste is better in anyways....All Bmws are rubbish and it is very hard to see any 10 years old on road, however if you do then pay attention and you will see a looooootttttt blue or black smoke behind them.....
@@mihakokalj6701 You know that the Volvo is among the least reliable cars on the planet right? Even BMW which is pretty low on the list is better than Volvo. Like everything is.. it might be that Land Rover is worse or they are fighting for the last place I'm not really sure.
