I remember before the game watching ESPN and everybody else and I think Charles Barkley was the only one that said we could win so that along with the return short field goal for a touchdown as time expired is by far the best finish that probably we will ever see! I had moved to Nashville watching in my apartment I was yelling so loud that my neighbors were going to call the police! They thought I was getting murdered! Couldn't believe it! There's these few moments in our lifetime that we will never forget and we know where we were and definitely that's one of them! WDE!!
I bet anyone that if auburn had a rematch with fsu we would blow them out. We showed that in the 1st half but underestimated there 2nd half comeback
LMAO!!! You're joking, right? FSU gave Auburn an 18pt lead in the 1st half in the National Championship game and couldn't hold it. Underestimated my ass, the better team won just face it.

And yet for some reason it was a fluke that Auburn beat Alabama. 296 rushing yards against the best rush defense in the country.
Ya, but there are mistakes on both sides. If we hit those few wide open deep balls (0:48 and 9:39), that is a lot more points. So ya, Alabama missed field goals, but we missed touchdowns. The point really is that the whole mistakes thing is so overrated.
You can even take this further for smaller things. What about the block Prosch missed at 9:20. I'm sure you can find other tid bits in Bama's favor too. The bottom line is, we made less mistakes to win the game. That's football, that's sports.
Also, the that last play wasn't illegal man downfield. It's actually a way more lenient rule than people realize. As long as even your back foot is within 3 yard from scrimmage, you aren't illegally downfield. Kozan and Dismukes were about 2 and half yards within. Same thing happened to Bama in the Ole Miss 2015 game. They reviewed and said it was good.
@petey1214 Marshall just missed Louis on Two massive passes that were huge in the game (1st and 4th quarter). The ridiculous Howard push-off on 4th down in the 2nd q not getting called is another one. It goes both ways.

You know it's a good game when you know the outcome and you can watch it on UA-cam and still cheer like the game's live!! Scary. This team is better on offense than I had figured. FSU's defense will have their hands full, that's for sure! Boy I hope Jameis plays as well as he's played all season, cause this Auburn team will find the endzone on more than a few occassions I'm sure.
idk what happened to bama after that LSU game it was like after that game our seasons goal was accomplished we had no Desire to win a 3rd NC in a row and we soundly beat LSU that's what perplexes me but we are obviously not as good as we have been in the recent past an after I knew it was gonna be auburn vs FSU in the NC I felt like auburn would win but over these last few weeks I studied FSU a lil more an yea there schedule was weak but that don't mean they aren't good iv seen some of there seasons highlights and it is impressive an also learned that Winston is a Alabama native which is gonna make this game more interesting he told his team that there rival was Florida an Miami but his rivals was any team from Alabama so Winston an FSU going into this game with a big chip on there shoulders hearing a bunch of talk about auburn being the team of Destiny an SEC best conference has definitely got them fired up an pissed off
Hard to refute any of your argument. No doubt, if they gave the trophy to the team with the most NFL talent, we could go ahead and give it to FSU and Bama would have beat auburn by those standards as well. Too close to Monday to get too worked up about it now. We'll know soon enough. I'll respond either way.

so now despite there schedule I think FSU has a really good team with a lot of talent so I don't think Monday night's game is going to come down to strength of schedule I think its gonna boil down to who has the best night an I think FSU is gonna come out on top

Dunno why everybody thinks Gus Malzahn is some offensive genius. He just runs the read option over and over and over again. Every once in a while he'll throw in a receiver motioning from one side of the field to the other. Nothing special, really.
Yeah, there's really nothing special about having an 1,800+ yard rusher and fielding the #1 rush offense in the nation against SEC defenses.

He didn't have to run anything different. No one could stop it.
If it wasn't for the return bama could have beaten them in OT no question but the auburn defense was hard to stop.

He was in the air first of all, and his entire body is behind the line anyway. It looks closer than it actually was because of the camera angle, but if you were there you would've seen that he was behind the line. War Eagle!
FSU has a better defense than Bama. We are clearly the best team in the nation and Auburn will soon find out why.
