This is actually an amazing routine, not too far off what I do, except I do full body routine and not PPL so it's got a tad bit less volume like the scap rotations and such. I do have similar movements in my warmup though.
Just saw your crow pose to handstand video was a great help I will improve my balance then I can move on to some of your other videos sadly I have no equipment

@@SaturnoMovement quick question Yassir- i’ve been doing these hollow tricep extensions you showed, but calling them ring pullovers- bringing my arms further down towards my hips/body closer to 45degrees- basically a continuation of this tricep extension movement- any reason this could be negative or harmful? I'm a bit confused about the rest timeline. If i have well understood the program, its 4 series of pike, 3-4 min of rest between two series, and 3-5 min after the forth series ?

Fantastic workout, but I do have one question. What is the benefit of doing RTO after every rep of dips and push ups? I do feel a small burn in my rotator cuffs and biceps, but I was wondering if there is more to it other than these burns.
For the warm-up should you do something like jumping jacks or go right into the the scapula exercises?
Today it was my first time using the rings. I have done the plank circles, It was very hard. My shoulders feel sore. I am proud of myself

The stretch of the external rotation for the scapula and chest what would you suggest I do with that stretch to grow those btw I have no equipment I'm like 25 BMI starting to see my abs tho I think I have an 8 pack or I'm dumb idk

Got myself some rings several months ago. I thought iron cross looks cool so I would spend a couple of lmonths and learn it. It only took me a few weeks.

Beginner is a tricky word. It highly depends in the audience we are talking about. For elite athletes, level 2 is definitely still beginner. For the vast majority of rings enthusiast, I would say they are on the upper limit of Beginners, when completing all sets/reps at Level 2. - Yassir

When will be leg workout coming?
Coincidentally, the workout you provide has a structure nearly the same as mine; the only difference is the top support and hanging L-sit, which I have already included in my dip form and leg days. I would expect your pull workout to be nearly the same, too, because I know that only the best calisthenics athletes do and provide such simple routines for everyone!
