In the early 90s my son was diagnosed with ADHD. We refused to put him on medication but decided the best treatment was prayer. He had many obstacles to overcome...in some he was successful,. others were harder. Now, his high energy has allowed him to become quite successful in his profession. You'd never think that such a condition could be harnessed for good, but God never makes mistakes.

I have never had a problem with identity. I did have a problem with depression. I was convinced by modern medicine that I had a 'chemical imbalance'. I believed it, took all the pills prescribed and never felt better. Two years ago, I stopped everything, got physically active, stopped my selfish self-obsession, started focusing more on the needs of others and prayed. I have a very fulfilling life now without chemicals. The medical has tendency to push agenda of big pharma and the current 'thing'. Many doctors subscribe to bunk science and often know very little about what they're treating.
Good for you. Some years ago a very high-functioning friend of mine ended his own life while on anti-depressants. His wife publicly attributed his suicide to the AD drug.
@@bobgillis1137 That is so heartbreaking! I also had depression and anxiety since childhood. As an adult I tried many different antidepressants. None of them worked! So, I weaned myself off of them, and avoid all prescription drugs. 🙏❤️✝️

He is right about the drugs, although I do believe in getting help from a grief counselor. My eight and a half year search for help to survive after the death of my sixteen year old son only ended when I was born-again by divine intervention. My counselor told me that God had done what she could not do. The Lord Jesus took away my rage and anger and life altering, never-ending (until that day) grief -- this was 1984. Over time He met each surviving emotional issue with healing in His own way. It's hard to explain, but very real.
John MacArthur did an excellent job of refuting Biden.

ADHA is very real. My 49 year old son at 4 months old would thrust himself so forcefully in his little baby seat he'd flip it over. He never slept more then two hours at one time until he got on medication. He has always walked in his sleep, one time running in his sleep at age two to the neighbors. They called me. He spent over a year at age nine in a special ed school for neurologically disabled children. He's had a hard life because of the ADHD. The greatest blessing in his life was a wonderful child psychiatrist who went to bat for him to get special education classes more then once. As well as another specialist from the City of Hope in Duarte, CA. That clinic has since closed because no doctor could be found to take it over who was qualified. Around ten years ago he ended up in Las Vegas and had no memory of going there. Yes, it is real.

I heartily agree. Years ago I was dealing with severe depression, anxiety, panic attacks and on an on. I was given tons of medication to take which I never did. I clinged to the Lord day and night. Did lots and lots of prayer and read my Bible cover to cover many times. And even though I couldn't grasp most of it because of my emotional state, I was determined to believe and trust in the Lord and his Word. Years after fighting that battle the Lord finally set me free. I repented from all my sins and truly gave my life to Him and I have never been the same. I am happily married now for more than 13 years and serving the Lord and continue to trust in Him for everything.
Friends God is real. Cling to Him. It might take days, weeks, months or even years but He will set you free. Trust in him with all your heart and surrender to Him completely! 🙏

I agree with John MacArthur. They wanted to put my children on medication when they were in elementary school and my wife and I said no and they get money to get medication for those children that are on these medication’s. The schools want to feather their nest at our children’s expenseand peril

I met a “man hater” once. In a second, I could feel the hate. She was with someone that I was getting interviewed by. As a financial advisor, I had people “referred” to me. Sometimes, the person (potential new client) would come in and “interview” me.
This woman had this other woman with her. Despite the fact that her friend would have nothing to do with me, she spoke in short, terse statements and never took her eyes off my head (from the shoulders up).
As a side, I spent time in a foster home, and later lived in someone’s home from 11-17. I have a “sense” for how people feel, and specifically how they feel about me.
This woman hated me in a way that was palpable. Not me as me, but me as a “male thing”, as a man. She deeply hated all men.
About 8 years later, the story about Eileen Wornos came out (because she was recently caught). While I CAN’T say for sure, when I saw her face on TV, I thought “that looks just like the lady that was with that woman that came to see me that time”.
Anyway, you can definitely feel evil, AND it’s like heat. Some is there but it’s weak. Some is there, and it’s hot!

We must be continuously in the Word of God, the Word that was made flesh. Paul said, "I determined to know nothing but Christ and Him crucified." With the current state of technology, specifically AI, there exists the capability to fabricate images and audio of people living and dead that are complete lies.
Being in God's Word and praying continually seeking His wisdom, strength, and guidance is our protection, much as the three thrown into the firey furnace. The fourth in the furnace was the pre-incarnate Christ. Our flesh may not be spared. Scripture says the flesh counts for nothing; however our souls will be secure in Christ's hand.
