Hard two 45's pound plate pinch

This was from 10th of February 2023. It was so easy. I am the fourth to ever lift this plate. My pinch went through the roof recently, thanks to God.

Thats crazy strong especially since your hands seem normal size. I have a pretty strong grip myself but whenever i test the grip of some giants who barely even lift they always are stronger than me simply because of huge hands. Your hands seem normal so this is very impressive.

Very easy this time, even with cutts on your hand. At this point after your hand heals you might have to try going for a world record with reps lifting the 2 45's.

Whats ur hand length from wrist crease to tip of the middle finger and also palm width. It'll give a better perspective of how big these guys are u meet so regularly 😃
