    I have a conditioning workout that i got from my coach: Run on a good speed (about 10 to 15) and increase the incline one step every minute up to max. Than back again. Test it out, it’s sick!!!

      Great video, something that you are forgetting to show or do is your recovery stretches which I think are very important

    Bro, quick question , how did u get into this league, I mean I haven heard about until now and Im planning to look for a shot at US professional soccer, were u like in college? or did a scout contacted u? or maybe u just knew the right people, it will be very helpful for me to know just that bro, thank u very much.

      thanks!! I usually rest for 10 secs between exercises and 30 secs -1 minute between sets!!

    hello ! great video! one question how many times per week will be advisable to do this ? . I play 2 times per week Mondays and Thursday I worry about training to much in the previous days before playing and then be exhausted or at the risk of muscle fatigue

      I would do once a week. In your case, probably would do this session on Tuesday so that you have enough time to recover for your training on Thursday!

      Depends on your training/game schedule. If you have multiple days off, I recommend trying these to keep yourself in shape!!

    How much kg dumbells should I use for beginner?

      If you have never done these exercises, I recommend using very light (about 5kg) or even just body weight to get familiar with the movements first!

    What should i do instead to build my way of to the Copenhagen Adductor ?Cause my inner thighs couldn’t hold me up very well

      I would probably lower the knee down on the opposite leg to lower the intensity of the leg you’re putting up!
