The air fryer grilled pork belly is so delicious that you can eat it just by roasting it.
Actually, I prefer beef jerky.
Can I eat juicy pork belly with an air fryer? I thought about it, tried this and that, and experienced several failures.
Recently, I saw bamboo pork belly called Insa item at the campsite.
So I bought a bamboo barrel as a bar and made it.
The juicy and moist pork belly is so delicious.
It does not splatter as much oil as compared to regular whole pork belly, so it was very convenient to wash and I think it would be great as a delicacy in the air fryer.
