I recently found your channel and I am so thankful. Your tips about stretching, doing squats right so that your knees are cracking etc have been so helpful. That's how i teach my client to activate their lymph nodes around that area to prevent lymph nodes blockage, so it will be easier flushing those toxin from that area ..if not those toxin pile up on that area in fat.😅

Your exercise is great, but it's not true that pulling your belly button toward your spine doesn't help to strengthen your core. It's the most important movement in Pilates.
I love that you've provided an additional core strengthening exercise, but why denigrate an exercise that's been extremely effective since long before you were born? Bad move for your channel.

I don't understand how to push your belly out yet press your back into the floor? Any body have an explanation?
The deep breath expands your diaphram which makes it appear to push out your belly. Then push the small of your back into the ground contract your core - you should feel it tense up then take 10 shallow breaths without totally exhaling. Do daily. Use fingers first on soft stomach - then when you contract you will feel the core contract.
