I really enjoy a variety of games but generally lean towards games with a unique and engaging story (Bioshock, The Witcher, Cyberpunk 2077, The Last of Us, etc), strategy/roguelike games (XCOM 2 War of the Chosen, Darkest Dungeon, etc.), and RPGs (Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Dragon Age, etc). It’s understandable that you associate the aid symbol (looks like hands to me) with armour but it’s only armour from Arachne in the first biome (Erebus). Afterwards different folks give you different stuff.

Hi Odd, a tip for the Chronos fight: when he uses the attack that sucks you in, the best play is actually to run into it rather than away from it. The aim is to get in behind him. To do that, you either have to run in a circle around the sucking attack, or dash through the spinning wheel. Chronos turns really slowly, so once you are behind him, you have a huge window to deal damage uninterrupted.
Just a few remarks on the first run: I think you're right with what you've said at one time about the weapon, namely that it looks like it has big potential but that it's not easy to figure out how to make the best use of it. I also think the weapon a bit of a trap. Its high dps lures people into brute forcing levels: fire the skulls, get them back as quickly as possible, rinse, repeat. But that inevitably seems to lead to otherwise avoidable damage.
victory was so close, I could almost taste it!
From what I could see, the charging around the battlefield is what made you take 90% of the damage, the skulls seemed to do good damage. So a strong but hard to handle weapon.
From his use of the axe in another video, it seems he gets reckless when he sees himself doing big damage.

Skipped your dad bruv. That aid room is almost always worth it, IMO. Though the ones in 2 seem not quite as reliable as the ones in the original game...

we love a longer video, I think you just really are not used to the skulls thats all, need more time with them to be as effective

engagement ring sounded cool on paper but i feel that its actual usability seems low - surely only useful if dropped right before the next spawn? a strange ability to be sure

All he needs is the cat companion that helps with survivability not easy to get but it will help with your runs
If we ever get the hidden aspects again I hope that the staff’s secret aspect is the Monkey King Sun Wu Kong! ^^
In the characters guide it says what gifts they would accept.

Hey Odd, first you should know that I bought this game because of you so thank you!😊 Second the chaos trials are unlocked by having different aspects and keepsakes unlocked. So you have several more to go, so keep at it! The trials are actually really fun and are good way to experience different things. (Even if you'll never realistically get the setup chaos gives you on your own time, there are still things you can learn if you pay attention)

Skulls feel like really underpowered rn, i almost sure they buff them after early access
For Scylla battle I decreased play speed from 2x to normal to better hear the song... oh boy, the perception of actual game speed is so difrent.

... Just making an observation here, but... I think that if you DO manage to get a Selene hex unlocked before Hecate.... she will use whatever you picked on you? You picked Lunar Ray before you got to her, and she used it as part of her rotation, which I didn't notice before. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here (I often do other things while watching and miss stuff) but... maybe she's done that other times too? I just feel like we haven't seen Lunar Ray from her often and boom, you picked it and she used it.

Turning up your nose at Lightning Lance is absolute insanity. Throwable casts are very powerful, especially against chronos
