This review was incredibly helpful and ultimately gave me the push I needed to take a swing on buying this brace. The price definitely remains a major barrier, but as someone with chronic knee pain your clear demonstrations have me feeling optimistic this can be a difference maker for me. Thank you!
yeah i have one of these and thats my gripe, it just doesnt get cold enough. it definitely can get too hot though, even at medium setting it can be too much
As per their website. Using the Device without the Hyperice App: Offline Mode Step 1: Power on the device so the Green LED is slowly pulsing Step 2: Hold down the power button until the LED turns Blue. This will start a Cold only session. Step 3: Afer the LED turns Blue, quickly tap the power button to select a different mode. Orange is a Heat only session, Purple is a Contrast session. The selection window is very short. If an undesired session is started, power off the device, and repeat the above steps The settings are predetermined and can not be adjusted during or before starting an offline mode session.
Thoughts on the Hyperice X for ACL reconstruction recovery? My other option is the Gameready, which will cost me more to rent for a few weeks than it would to buy this.
Yes I do think it would be a good product for rehab and recovery. You can use it to reduce inflammation and pain and also heat up the tissue to prepare for physical therapy or activity.
could've shown us the thermal gun reading... and 32 celsius to 125 celsius degrees?? Or Fahrenheit? 32 celsius is actually quite high (higher than I expected as an air conditioner can get lower degrees)

@@drtoddsullivan would this help for sciatic nerve pain?
Hello .
What is the lowest temperature can get It ? Thank you
This device needs evolution so that it can be used on at least one other joint besides the knee. Shoulder would be the preferred option.
Is this good for pin behind the knee? My pain isn’t on the actually knee but behind it at the bending area.
sounds like you have a meniscus issue you need a MRI FACTS
They need to develop this product

125c is 257f. Why would you ever need to heat your knee that hot. Logic says it is Fahrenheit.
@@nosirrahm... and 212 Fahrenheit boils water LOL
@@MOVIEKICKS and?
@@nosirrahmDon't boil the knee 😂
Have you been able to try it on other places besides just the knee?
I have used it on my back on heat mode
Is the temp in Fahrenheit or celsius?
I realy doubt if this thing goes deep enough like ice do…
