2022, I was there, the first time I hear the anthem live, and it is very beautiful.
I also heard it live on Mediacorp Channel 5 when F1 returned to Singapore after 2 years because of COVID-19 and it's the same one at 0:01-1:27 which is used on National Day Parade when the President of Singapore arrives at the venue for NDP!

Based on Article 152, 153, and 153A Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the National language is Malay. It's because Singapore was once a state within and signatory of the Malaysia
Singapore's official national language is still Malay and that's on paper. English is just the main working language that's spoken. But for ceremonial purposes, Malay is still the national language.
