bateriostatic in MOA? streptomycin.....but in Table its CIDAL ?
It has a both effect depending on the dose... Its has a dose dependent action.. If the dose is less it exhibits bacteriostatic action.. If the dose increase it exhibits bacteriocidal action..

Thank you so much ma'am for making this so easy, just one correction on mechanism of action of pyrazinamide, it does not inhibit pncA gene #priyanka gene :) but this gene translates to pyrazinamidase enzyme which activate pyrazinamide to pyrazinoic acid and this pyrazinoic acid directly inhibit FAS-I enzyme. similarly ethambutol, it also act on enzyme not on gene. only Isoniazid act on gene of MTB out of these 5 first line mtb drugs.
