"The stand-alone mod S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly 1.5.1 aims to be the most stable and customizable experience for fans of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. It's powered by the Monolith 64-bit engine, a custom fork of the X-Ray engine.
Players can choose from a variety of ways to play the mod. Play story mode with 4 chapters of interesting quests, sandbox mode if you prefer to make up your own story, or the combat intense warfare mode where factions fight for influence and control over different areas of the zone.
Anomaly is also highly customizable, play it the way you like and have the most fun. There are hundreds of settings that can be tweaked in the options menus and for more advanced changes, there are over 1000 addons for Anomaly that were created by other players to change the experience in more advanced ways."

I love how the add-on straight up turns the renegades into gopniks

I was seriously contemplating this mod but I am glad that I watched these videos first. Sadly the adidas wearing street scum look of Bandits and Renegades kills it for me completely. We are in the Zone dammit, not in the Moscow alleys. Those guys wouldn't survive two days in the Zone, let alone a firefight. Breaks immersion more than anything for me. There are a few "off" looking skins in other factions which I could deal with but the Bandit / REnegade is more like a meme material than what I want to see in my game heh.

Don't get me wrong, I would like having some rookies wearing sportswear instead of the same jacket-hoodie combo and jeans that everyone wears but those look way off. Also removing the bandit overcoat is a crime against the game.
On the other side I love the new Sin and Freedom uniforms. I wish there was a way to mix and match the models between factions

@@Jorg13 I think taking away the zombified features of Sin kinda goes against the whole concept of the faction though

i like the ghost mask idea for sin but giving them just straight up desert camo was a horrible choice

Hey, you should give this mod "Fixed Vanilla Models & Textures" a try.
The author, which I think it's actually Blackgrowl according to the credits, dedicated pretty much one whole year to fix and improve every available NPC Model & Texture in STALKER Anomaly, mostly making it from scratch.
That is some hardcore dedication that I think it deserves some recognition, doesn't it?
Sin looks like a soldiers and gangster right now other than mutated,Possessed,and conviced with red blood stain camouflage
Edit: oh yeah also sin (LCz Suit) camouflage looks like original UNISG camo
I really like the new UNISG look. Probably one of my favorites in this addon.
I like how the mod gives all the characters a certain level of uniqueness however I do not like how it drastically changes some of their gear to the point it isn't reflective of the level of protection they will have.
Also a question, does this change mutants too? Because I feel like it would be pretty weirt to have these really high quality models then see a vanilla looking fracture running around.
When you look at the last ISG dude I’m assuming he is an officer but he looks like Soap mactavish if you look at him in the first glance.

I wanna be a renegade member but i cant hosile to the merc! Because when i saw the roblox sever called whisper of the zone and i see the relations said renegades neutral to merc! :(

This hd models addon, does it decrease performance on a low end im currently playing on dx8 so i get 60fps

I suppose so. It would probably take quite a bit of work though.

sin models are really weird why they have ww2 german patterns like splittertarn and sumpftarn? and i see they also have the NVA camo the strichtarn
they live in a cave in the red forest is why they use that sorta camo im assuming

Sin is hostile to all factions, including Monolith.
@@itstiny. I see… now I have a question about this because when I was in a Monolith camp as a Sin nobody shot at me
Perhaps Sin are the predators and Monolith are the prey? I've only encountered Sin a small number of times but every time they killed anything in sight.

Why turn renegades into gangsters? It kinda breaks the immersion for me to see all other npcs in military armor and then you got the one factions dressed as gangsters getting ready to go jogging
renegades in my opinion are just a laughing stock before this mod
