വളരെ ഉപകാരപ്രദമായ ഒരു വീഡിയോ..94 മോഡൽ ബുള്ളറ്റ് 33 കിട്ടിയിരുന്ന എനിക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ 39 കിട്ടുന്നുണ്ട്.. മെക്കാനിക്കിനോട് മൈലേജ് കുറവ് എന്ന് പറയുമ്പോൾ ട്യൂൺ ചെയ്യാം.. പഴയ ബുള്ളറ്റിന്റെ മൈലേജ് ആരെങ്കിലും നോക്കുമോ എന്ന സ്ഥിരം മറുപടി ആയിരുന്നു.. വീഡിയോ കണ്ട് ഞാൻ തനിയെ ചെയ്തു.. താങ്ക്സ് ❤❤❤

Too lean a mixture will kill your engine very soon. Carburettor venturi size is determined by the volumetric requirement of the engine. Bullet require minimum 24 mm venturi size. The air bleed and jeting is done to get 14.7 :1 air fuel ratio, yes the engine will run up to 17: 1 ratio, but leaning out that much will reduce power and increase heat loss.

Old Bullet ന് 40 kmൽ കൂടുതൽ കിട്ടാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്. 40ൽ കൂടുതൽ കിട്ടാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് നമ്മൾ carbo rater ൽ വല്ല tricks ഉം ചെയ്താൽ എഞ്ചിനെ ബാധിക്കാനുള്ള സാധ്യത കൂടുതലാണ് അതുകൊണ്ട് ജപ്പാൻ made mikuni carborater und അതു കുഴപ്പമില്ല ഞാനെന്റെ ബുള്ളറ്റിനെ അതാണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്
🤔.. പല ആൾക്കാരും അവരുടെ വണ്ടിയ്ക്ക് 50 കിലോമീറ്റർമൈലേജ് കിട്ടുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് കമന്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നു..
ഞാൻ എന്റെ വണ്ടിയുടെ spark plug ചെക്ക് ചെയ്തു.. ബ്രൗൺ നിറം ആണ്.. അതു കൊണ്ട് 40 ൽ കൂടുതൽ മൈലേജ് ആയാലും പേടിക്കണ്ട 👍

Great informative video.I use my Bullet only once or twice a year as I am a NRI.I used to drain the carburettor and disconnect the battery when I dont use the bike.I have started this method as starting the bike after a long gap with fuel in the carb is difficult and the carburettor gets clogged.Pl let me know if this procedure is OK.

Very nice information sir, i had 86 model bullet it is not giving mileage it's mileage is very low the only thing let me know that where the pipe which is at top of AIR SCREW connected, my mechanic closed it and air screw was fully tightened, in your video you tuned it also pls tell me where should it be connected please sir.

@N K White smokes mean oil is getting mixed with the fuel inside the engine. It might be some leak in the engine casing. Get it checked by a trusted mechanic, bro.

ദയവുചെയ്തു carburator മാത്രം tune ചെയ്തു mileage കൂട്ടാൻ കഴിയും എന്ന് പറയരുത്.... നല്ല engine oil, നല്ല airfilter, optimal ignition timing, well lubricated chain, properly inflated tyres, then best riding and then carburator tuning.
സ്റ്റാൻഡിൽ വെച്ചു അല്ല optimum efficiency tune ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്... Load കൊടുത്തു ആണ്....
Spark plug colour coffee brown ആകുന്നതു വരെ മാത്രമേ tune ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റൂ 🙏🙏.
അത് lean burn ആയി set ചെയ്തു spark plug വെള്ള നിറം ആക്കിയാൽ piston and rings കത്തിപ്പോകും.

പിന്നെ ഒരു കാര്യം... എല്ലാ company കളും R&D ഇനത്തിൽ കോടികൾ ചിലവാക്കി അര കിലോമീറ്റർ പ്രതി ലിറ്റർ മൈലേജ് കൂടുതൽ കിട്ടാൻ നോക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.... അതും IIT യിൽ നിന്നും passout ആയ എഞ്ചിനീയർ മാരെ വച്ചു... പണ്ട് രാമർ petrol കണ്ടുപിടിച്ചു എന്ന് പറയും പോലെ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ ഇത്തരം കണ്ടുപിടുത്തം. എനിക്കു test mileage 51 കിട്ടും പോലെ വണ്ടി tune ചെയ്യാൻ അറിയാം. Test video ഞാൻ ഇട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ engine overheat ആണ്. Mileage മാത്രം നോക്കിയാൽ പോരല്ലോ... വണ്ടി നശിച്ചു പോകാതെ നോക്കേണ്ട... അതുകൊണ്ട് ദയവു ചെയ്തു lean burn പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കരുത്... 🙏

ഞാൻ ഇത് 1991 ഇൽ ട്യൂൺ ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. 54 എനിക്കും കിട്ടി. ഒട്ടും വലി ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. 45 km മൈലേജ് ആക്കിയപ്പോൾ വലിയ തെറ്റ് ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു ഓടിക്കാൻ 🙏🏻

Sir, I could see a long bottle silencer fixed in this motorcycle. The length of this Silencer is longer than that of the stock but smaller than the silencers that come on Standard UCE Models. Could u pls help me getting this Silencer...
This type silencer is stock silencer for 2005-2010 model bullets, not that of UCE's.
ഇങ്ങനെ സെറ്റ് ചെയ്താൽ താമസിയാതെ വണ്ടി സ്ക്രപ്പിൽ പോകും, rpm ചെക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ Techometr ആണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുക, പിന്നെ സെറ്റിങ് fuel mixture ratio ക്റക്റ്റായിരിക്കണം, choke വലിച്ച് 1മിനിറ്റ് ആകുമ്പോഴേക്കും എത്ര പെട്രോൾ ലോസ്‌ ആകും cylinder volium അനുസരിച്ചു setting defferent ആയിരിക്കും
എനിക്ക് നല്ല മൈലേജ് കിട്ടുന്നു.. എൻജിൻ നല്ല സ്മൂത്ത്‌ ആയി വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്..

The setting will affect engine for long time, you are running the bike in lean mixture. Please run the bike as per RE spec. I appreciate your efforts all you have done, but the RE engineers for last 50 years might know but they didn't implement due to the engine operating spec.

എന്റെ പുതിയ spledor +fuel ഇൻജെക്ഷൻ ടൈപ്പ് ആണ്... അതിനു 70 to 75 മൈലേജ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.500km ആയപ്പോൾ first സർവീസ് ചെയ്തു.. ഇപ്പോൾ 50 to 55 മാത്രമേ കിട്ടുന്നുള്ളു.... ഇനി മൈലേജ് കൂടുമോ. എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ട ത്

സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ പറഞ്ഞില്ലേ..
ഒരു പരട്ടകളും പറഞ്ഞു തരില്ല, fuel screw, needle adjustment, air screw, എല്ലാം വിഡ്ഢിതരമാണ് മാങ്ങാതൊലിയൈണ്.. 1) ചുമ്മ വെറുതെ ജെറ്റിലെ തുളയെല്ലാം വലുതാക്കുക... അത്രയേ വേണ്ടു. സക്കല ബൈക്ക് നിർമ്മാതാക്കളും പെട്രോൾ കൂടുതൽ എടുക്കുന്ന പോലയാണ് വണ്ടി നിർമ്മിചിരിക്കുന്നത്.. 2) മൈലേജ് കൂട്ടാൻ എയർ ബ്ലീഡ് പൈപ്പിന്റ തുള വലുതാക്കുക...
എല്ലാത്തിന്റയും ഉദ്ദേശം പെട്രോൾ ഒരു തരിമതി എന്നാൽ എയർ മാക്സിമം എന്നല്ല. നല്ലപോലെ ആ തരിയിൽ കലരണം. നല്ല പവറും, നല്ല മൈലേജും കിട്ടും.
