Just made this 😊 It was delicious 😋 The sauce was a touch sweet for me, so im going to cut the tomato sauce back a bit. I'm going to try it with thinly sliced steak next time. Definitely a do again dish!!! My son loved it .

I did the math, total calories 2831, 231 Grams of Protein, 178 Grams of Carbs, 120 Grams of Fat. This will differ between brand ingredients but this is based off my ingredients, let me know if their is a glaring error with my numbers!
Not sure. I've never froze pasta and then ate it later. I mean it can't hurt to do it but if you are asking what the quality would be like I can't say.
