    TeraFlex High-Angle Rzeppa CV Driveshafts combine the smooth torque transfer of a CV joint with the high-angle misalignment of a traditional U-joint. This unique Rzeppa CV Joint and high-angle boot are designed for the extreme angles associated with larger lift heights.
    Laser welded 2-3/8” carbon steel tubing results in superior strength and longevity. Precision construction reduces harmonic vibration for smoother high RPM dynamics. These driveshafts are zeroed out during final assembly for a true centric assembly without need for balance weights.
    Unlike a U-joint style driveshaft, the Rzeppa CV joint does not experience a significant loss in strength due to high angles. Our innovative features address all the shortcomings found in the factory style driveshaft without sacrificing the benefits. This is especially important on JK Wrangler/Unlimited models with 3”+ lift.

    I did the TF rzeppa rebuild on both ends of my rear ds, good to see that you guys are now making a front that will mimic that. Less maintenance, more angles, less downtime, and hopefully the caster angle won't be as crucial as it would with a u-joint in the front shaft.....though we should all shoot for good caster for good drivability.
    Also since you've got the front ds separated by 07-11 then 12+, can I ask what the difference is between the two in regards to length?

    I like the Teraflex rzeppa joint as a short term solution to a busted driveshaft, but I don’t see these lasting too long term, especially on some suspensions that have a lot of travel. There’s a reason everybody goes with a U joint design. It’s far superior to this in more hardcore off-road situations.

    What's the maximum size tires Teraflex recommends running with these driveshafts? 37's? 40's? I'm interested in strength for off-roading. Are these equivalent to a 1310 or 1350? How's the warranty? - literature states - Limited Lifetime. I'm running 37's w/4.88's on a Rubicon. I'm debating between a 1350 Woods and the Teraflex driveshafts. I like the idea of the Teraflex, but am concerned with strength, and can't find any users of these driveshafts online...??

      We don't really have a max tire size, as they will be able to push anything your axle can handle. The drivelines carry a 12 month warranty on materials and the manufacturing process. They are a little thicker than a Tom Woods at 2 3/8 diameter, but well below the factory. Both are awesome options! Give us a call anytime and we can get you more info on both! 801-713-3314

    If the rzeppa Teraflex high angle joints are better than a ujoint design, then why do all the Teraflex workers run ujoints on their personal jeeps?
