What really helped me, is learning about the topic of Disability Studies (ableism, medical vs. social model of disability and so on). I can recommend Tom Shakespeare's book Disability rights and wrongs revisited as a starting point. Also interesting The Minority body by Elizabeth Barnes. Side note: with books by Cameron or Oliver it is really easy to dive further into the topic.

I have to constantly read/write articles for my journal writing stuff. and like you I like fantasy. so my hobby is really youtube! and I like browsing and learning through watching browsing videos. how do u spend your holidays?
