This game is quite a microcosm of the entire season of the Warriors.
at least dray wasn't ejected 😅
@@furikakez😂😂😂True😂
You're right bro
I think the Kings defense had a lot to do with this game.
Ended same way as last year but worst. The Warriors made 0 moves toward the goal. Everything they did was to make the team worst.
Why didn’t Moody get more minutes when klay and Wiggs were cold???
With Klay's performance, even Gui Santos would be better.

Because 🫵🏿A🤡
nothing to blame for this loss. kings was so prepared to face and get a win against warriors tonight credits to them and for warriors bounce back next year 🙏
Benching Trayce was an Asinine thing to do. I don’t care that Steve has years of experience with all those coaching rings. Why the heck would you bench the main player that resulted in you making it this far in the season? Trayce was too integral to our chemistry. This game was an F In coaching.
Because 🫵🏿A🤡
Tracey kept GSW going. Kerr panicked early went Looney.😂 Wigs needs s change of scenery...
Sorry but Wiggins ain't the problem THIS YEAR!
1) Green and his bs!
2) Still another season with no bigs on the team. Need at least two or 3!
Wake up Kerr, GM & OWNERSHIP!!!
@@williamjones7247 Blaming draymond is probably the worst thing you have said. Draymond runs the offense, is a really good defender as well. I know his antics mid season were bad and we struggled when he was out but we cant look back at the end of the season. We needed to win the game and we didnt. Warriors defo would look into trading klay as he goin into free agency but wiggins rlly needs to step his game up. When wiggs is confident and ready hes the warriors x factor to winning games
What are you talking about? I love Trayce but he was lost out there. They had Draymond guarding Sabonis (the center) and Trayce guarding the 4 which he is not familiar with doing.. So Trayce was out there lost, out of rhythm, didnt know what to do. It was not his fault, it was just a bad matchup. And Looney has tons of experience guarding Sabonis and was a huge part of the last several games against the Kings. Kerr would have been stupid not to throw Looney back out there.
This comment brings up a good point. What has happened to Wiggs since winning the chip? Dude has looked disinterested and unmotivated ever since being an integral part of the last chip.
@@SpiderEditz23 Wiggs has to defend the other team's best player which takes a lot out of you.
Love the warriors! Can't wait to see em next year! Love watching all the games! Wishing all the warriors the best and have a good year!
It's called summer. They didn't have a good year

moses moody 15 minutes scored 16 points. Had him on the bench.
Klay 31 minutes scored 000000000000000000000000000000 points.
Kerr needs to be fired at this point.
When fans can see the obvious and they don't, something is off. He was afraid to restrict Klay from playing, there's no other reason.@@alexnguyen1284

Its okay Warriors! This was a special teaching season...hope every Warrior was attentive. Loses teach us all about our resilience, loyalty, trust and perseverance. It looks like the Warriors have them all!! Praying that this team rests up, stays healthy and looks foward to the winning season ahead next year. Keep God first and never lose Hope! Go dubs!! Keep them heads up!! And smile and be proud Warriors!!❤
All dynasties eventually come to an end. The Warriors have a Championship legacy that can't be erased. As a basketball fan first and a Lakers fan second, I understand the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. I root for the Warriors as long as they're not playing the Lakers! I've always admired the beauty and ugliness of watching the Lakers beat the Warriors and watching them lose to the Warriors. Step is the greatest shooter in the history of the game but he's more than that. I remember watching him play at Davidson and former Indiana coaching legend Bobby Knight commented while calling one of their games that he's never seen any player that shoots as well as Steph does and passes as well as Steph does. He was right!
He's a Glorified Ray Allen 🤷🏿♂️
@@oblove1586 u just a hater lol 🤡 nobody respects your opinion
This is not a dynasty, this was an off 8 years of NBA Talent.
"They dominated us physically" Well, Kerr, what did you do this season to prepare your guys for this? Answer...nothing!
kerr let TJD play only 11 minutes and started Klay instead of JK .... and kerr wonders why they got dominated physically.
He nailed it, can't be on top forever he is a great coach who won 4 out 6 championships.
Respect Respect Respect.
@@vjmappythat’s what I’m confused about , he took JK out of the starting lineup a few games before the play in tournament because he liked how they played with TJD bt then TJD plays bad 1 QT and he takes him out for the rest of the game bt keeps Klay in even after 0 in the first half ? What was even the point
When Klay was coming off the bench for this exact reason . JK played good all season and lost his starting position towards the end bt Klay played a stretch of good games and not only does he get his back he stays in with 0 points
Keep playing the old, over the hill players when they are already tired out at the end of the season and hardly played and developing the younger ones and only when the old old old guys are injured are were ejected.
He did. He moved Klay to the 3 although he always played the 2nd guard, and made Poz the center. Really tall team. Howe can “Trace had a tough night”, per Kerr, if he only payed 10 min in total?? Wiggins can shoot bricks for 30 min before Kerr would consider replacing him. Klay or any other great shooter would miss if they feel uncomfortable in their position
Coach Brown did a great job! Kings have a bright future ahead of them...this is just a start. End of an Era for Dubs....
First, I want to thank the Warriors for a most enjoyable season. I know the entire Warriors' organization put in a huge amount of work. Second, I want to congratulate the Kings and Mike Brown on their victory and wish them well as they continue on this year's path. I'm interested in seeing how they do against the Pelicans. Now, although I didn't see the Kings' victory against Portland, I did see a couple of their previous games, and Kings didn't look anything(other than Sabonis and Fox, and maybe Allen. Of course, Barnes has played well against us in the past, and he looks like the best version of himself this year.). I just don't know if we could have won this game-no matter what. I don't see any other team getting the defense that the Warriors get, and I think this knowledge is passed around the league. Not only are teams dogging Steph and Klay, but somehow those teams are able to get back for lobs and drives to the hoop on us-at least Sacramento was. The only thing I might point out, since we did so much experimenting with lineups, some out of necessity, is when we have a different lineup from what we are used to, there is a period of adjustment which puts us back on our heels or causes a bit of hesitation, which might mean we become passive a bit. This might put us in a disadvantage to teams with mostly a set lineup. I thought the coaching was very creative, almost like a work of art at times. The only thing I would say is to not try and impose what they think is true too much, as I believe, just like the meaning of 20-point leads disappeared this year, I think the future of playoffs might be changing from the old ideas(e.g. cutting down the players playing in the playoffs. This old idea doesn't fit the Warriors, especially due to our roster situation.). Our whole organization, after some well-deserved rest and relaxation, has their work cut out for them. Klay, you shoot better when you are relaxed. I want to thank Moses and Looney for staying ready, and Draymond for what he does, especially on defense. Steph, I don't know how you do what you do, considering you always have a defender right next to you, and everyone else on their defense aimed at you. I'm still going with Klay fantastic! Thank you Warriors, and if I don't mention your name, it's because I don't want to mess with where you are at basketball-wise. Go Wiggs and Kuminga, and a special thanks to Chris Paul. If we could give CP3 a set second squad, I think we would see a huge difference in our bensch, which already was outstanding.
As warriors fan, I just don't believe in the warriors anymore. They traded every good role player away and don"t have any Bigs. And also, why do you let klay start again if you won almost every game with him coming off the bench????
Who did they trade away? I hope you are not talking about not Wiseman
@@kgar5String I think he means Cory Joseph, Anthony Lamb and Ty Jerome lmao. In reality the trades have been good, Kerr is just a terrorist. Instead of developing Kuminga and Moody, he played those bums
@@split_head_776I wouldn’t call him a bum he’s just too loyal. We all know how historic this run has been, but all great things must come to an end. He put too much effort into ego management as opposed to couching hard nosed when necessary. Klay and Wiggins should have been benched after the first
@@vestonsmith I meant those are the bums Kerr played over Kuminga/Moody, not Kerr himself. Kerr is a terrorist, not a bum. He expected his young players to get better without playing them. He got bullied into playing Kuminga more. He took this long to bench Klay, and still went back to starting him. People are gonna pretend Klay just got bad, he's been washed since coming back (understandably) just Kerr never admitted it and let him run rampant.
Haha no. Otto porter, Toscano Anderson, Donte Divincenzo, Jordan Pool (maybe) and some bigs. Watch the highlights from the 2022 NBA Finals and you will see what I mean. They were just playin different with these players.
Wiggins, when he decides to be aggressive & play well & be willful can change the outcome of any game. This season & last something serious going on in his personal life has affected his conditioning, his play, his focus, his will to win. Kerr & Steph should sit down with him during the post season & get to the bottom of this & what to do about it if that's still possible.
Yea he lost his touch
just trade him
Lesson learned is to win regular season games not to end up in play-in. Hope 2025 will be better year.
This game taught the Warriors many lessons, that they needed. They only need to work on them, now. It's right that none is perfect for all the time, for that you need to have everything perfect. That, simply ensures here we didn't had a good team this year. So, we didn't won.
Then they'll need better players
@@gregoryharlston0602 Yes, indeed we do. But, I feel that decision only the franchise makes and we watch here, as viewers. Hope, that warriors can improve and this intensity, that has been created by media and people currently as "End of a saga??" just goes off. Media is just so intelligent, that it is just searching where to find something to get attention.
The moment Mike Brown left GSW the team broke. He was the engine of the coaching staff. I felt it and called the outcome and have not been wrong.
And yet Brown has been in Sac for three seasons now and each season they've placed worse and worse and worse...Each season! So NO! He was not the engine of the Warriors coaching staff. Warriors should have kept Willie Green and their other assist coach (the true and REAL engines of that coaching staff) who both left and now head up the Pelicans coaching staff.

Facts
whoever was over defensive for the Warriors should be fired along with Kerr.
King cannot get the championship ring
Damn u fast af bro 😂
Steve... I'm sorry but we cannot just roll it back again next year. The West will be even much more competitive next year. Houston, Memphis, San Antonio, and Utah will be better. There needs to be a certified bucket getter on the roster!
Bad strategy by Mike brown of trapping and blitzing curry at half court, but it worked because kerr took out the lob threat Jackson Davis way to soon and klay and Wiggins bailing the kings out by not hitting shots. I think whomever the scouts and evaluation of talent for the warriors needs to be fired. Keon Davis goes undrafted clearly he can play. And numerous others throughout the season killed the warriors, nobodies Mcbride, Isaiah Joe, champagne, trey Murphy and keegan Murray aren't nobody's, but sheesh they get hurt by people that shouldn't be hurting them. Thought trey lyes was solid also Mitchell off the bench. Those guys weren't on anyone radar
Green being suspended nearly half of the first half of the season didn't help the warriors
No doubt. That was the main reason we suffered this season. If that emotional b had better emotional control we would have finished in the top 6 instead of a "play in" spot!!
He screwed the team again...for the "umpteenth" time! What a wanker!😡
THE MEDIA s scared to say that.
Draymond missed 20 games due to his suspension. If he had played these games, the Warriors would have finished as 6 th place.
The only answer is to get another star to pair with Steph. He's been carrying this team most of the season. He just need a consistent help, they can't count on one man every night
Tough to speak after a loss like this. Kudos to Dray and Steph
You all should take a pay cut. That mess was bad coaching, bad strategy, no continuity and abysmal. Please take a vacation.

I haven't heard Kerr blame himself one time. It is 80% on kerr. Draymond suspended 25 games. Klay playing 32 minutes when he's washed af. Changing rotations because you want to be cute? Get rid of him
Just add some size and give Steph a consistent help, like a consistent 20 ppg guy
Oh you mean like Poole? Oops.

@@Marvin-rh9ruPoole is horrible
@@Marvin-rh9ru You watch Poole this season? i guess not lmao
Onestly, Klay has earned the right of having a tough year. He won an NBA Championship After a two years absence for injury. If I see him on the court smoking a Cuban cigar I would have nothing to say
It was a tough year, by his standards maybe, but he shot 39% from three, now steph is the running mate, so he got great looks, kinda like last night. Just couldn't knock ay down. Still good player paired with steph
I am so sad. My wife and I watched only Golden State. and now, there's no reason to watch NBA till the championship. See you next season.
Suns timberwolves should be worth watchin
Its so sad that Kuminga and Moody arent ready to contribute in their 3rd year because Kerr actively chose not to develop them. Imagine trying your best to play non NBA players like Cory Joseph, Ty Jerome and Anthony Lamb. Players need to play to get better Steve, cant believe you dont know that as a NBA coach. Not only that, the writing has been on the wall for Klay since he came back. He wasnt good in the 22' playoffs, but the win masked it. He was terrible last year's playoffs, but Poole got blamed. He has been ok at best in the regular season and a shot chucker most of the time. Nothing here says he deserves 40mil and a starting position, yet good ole Kerr sells out for him every time. Thank god Paul and Klay are coming off that 70 mil next year. Hopefully Kerr can get bullied into playing Moody more like he did with Kuminga. I dont even think Klay should retire, just become a role player off the bench, thats the only time he has looked good these past 3 years.
Klay has been ass I don’t get why he has one good game here and there and people think he still has it.
Bruh I swear I used to think ty Jerome and adin Ross are the same person
Moody and Kuminga do contribute. WTH you talking about? Their not superstars and no one thinks they are. BUT, Kuminga has been our second leading scorer before his injury. So, you obviously must not watch the games. And Moody is always consistent.
@@themiseducationoftheameric7407 Ty Jerome and Anthony Lamb played over them their second year. Cory Joseph got more consistent minutes than Moody this year before he was rightfully traded and booted out of the league. Kuminga is only playing because he publicly called out Kerr, deservedly so. These two young guys should have taken this step last year when it was very apparent the Warriors wouldnt win. Now that its super duper apparent they wont win, Kerr plays the rookies. It literally took 2 1/2 full seasons of Klay shot chucking for Kerr to bench him, and that wasnt even permanent. In summary, Kuminga/Moody are at least a year behind in development because Kerr loves playing bums.
No if you want to develop them in there practice but not in the playin or playoffs
Kerr needs to rethink his coaching strategies and counter strategies to develop versatile strategies. And to think about his reaction time when things aren't falling into place in a game. This game and a handful of others should show him and the players what to expect, how to counter. And all the players should be instructed to come conditioned & physically ready into the season. Maybe they can use the draft to get a two-way wing who can defend well & accurately shoot & another big who can defend & shoot accurately, both of which have a never-give-up attitude.
I just wrote similar comment about being more physical, put more emphasis on defense and game adjustment are all very important. So I agree with you
5 months without watching the NBA is going to be hard
No more stress with the warriors choking games 😅
Kerr is done..
Let's began the new era to Warriors. I think is more possible.

Why are the Dubs acting surprised that they lost? They have to know their game pails in comparison to most of the other teams. Hope they fix their issues
Like what I said before, kerr is the problem, with that kind of coaching they will not win a championship again. Early of this season it was very clear that the warriors will not reach the playoff. He so stubborn of not getting a legitimate center.
that could be a GM job.... warriors organization dont like playing big guys but they won a lot of their rings with a legitimate big that can bang inside and defend... like bogut, mcgee... they just got lucky to win 4 rings with the inexperience boston celtics team

I'm a Lakers fan, every great team has a time in which their run ends is normal you can't win forever, they have great moments great championships, still have some pieces, Steph still a top player it's just make some adjustments and keep trying next year, good luck Warriors
im a gsw fan, but i said to my friends even still half of the total games played, were not gonna make it on this type of plays. so not gonna lie, im not hurt coz i expected this.
Kerr said it so right - there hasn't been the same flow as the older dynasty days, been highly dependent for Steph to go god-mode, but he's only human.
Good run for the warriors! Everything comes to an end
The Golden State Warriors faced a mix of challenges during the 2023-2024 NBA season, which impacted their overall success
Injuries: The team dealt with significant injuries to key players. Andrew Wiggins was affected, and his absence impacted their performance. Additionally, injuries to other players disrupted the team’s rhythm and consistency
Internal Issues: Draymond Green’s behavior led to retirement rumors and added to the team’s setbacks. Maintaining a positive team dynamic is crucial for success, and internal conflicts can affect on-court performance
Consistency: While the Warriors had moments of brilliance, they struggled with consistency throughout the season. Maintaining a high level of play over an extended period proved challenging2.
Despite these obstacles, the Warriors remained motivated to finish the regular season strongly and potentially improve their position in the standings. Their offensive prowess, led by Stephen Curry, remained a key factor, but they needed consistent contributions from the entire team to achieve significant results.
Hey Folks. I actually watched Clay play in college. He struggled some but put in the work to become a great shooter. Maybe Clay needs to get back in lab and continue to work on his entire game. Other great players have had struggles and bounced back. People love you when things are going well but criticize you when things don’t go your way. It’s apart of it. GS will be back.
Kerr is one of the best coaches in the league. If not the best & I'm not a Warrior fan. You can't win it all every year, that just isn't realistic. I think the age of the core really shined through tonight & MB had a good scheme defensively to take Steph out the game & unfortunately Klay never made them pay which could have helped get Steph loose a bit more.
Some good things come to an end
Seems like everyone was checked out.
Kerr and Curry focusing on the Olympics.
Klay just wants to hit the water.
Wiggs will post a vacay pic within a week.
Writing was on the wall at the moment jokic hit the half court buzzer beater.
Its will be game 2?
kerr is not reading player productively on the court if you're not producing....NEXT MAN UP!!
Kerr set. In his ways
It's impossible to be a dominate team year after year, there will be a new champion this year and on to the next. Kerr can't be the blame for how the team plays but now on to next season and good luck boys
Objectively should have expected this result. (1) league has gotten longer and more athletic over last several years, AND gotten used to guarding the split action and almost everything the Warriors run, since everybody runs the same stuff (2) Every Warrior vet has lost a step or 2 or 3, except Steph and maybe Dray. Aggregate play making/ shot creation outside of Steph is way down, so allows every team in the league to literally just chase Steph with 2 guys all game and just live/die with the results. Or teams with rim protection just leave the 2 non-shooters and bum rush Steph off the line, funnel him in to rim protection.
Klay clearly has limitations in leg that make him unreliable shooter and unreliable defender. Loon wasn’t playing much this season, because his hip mobility/ pain are only getting worse all year. Would not be shocked if he has off season surgery. He’s 9 years out from double hip surgeries for labrum tears and that only gets worse with time, not better. Wiggs showed flashes, towards end of this season, of the 2022 Wiggs, but we’ve not consistently seen that guy since 2022 championship run. GP2 was injured again and missed the game. He’s great but pretty injury prone.
The infusion of youth that can actually play was great, but warriors will likely trade Kuminga with some other players for some quality size.
Looking back on the 2021-22 championship, it’s a miracle that lineup won a chip and beat the Celtics. They won on Steph, better skills and better IQ, against teams with overall much better athleticism and talent.
Let's keep be defending champions true mentality
Fitting end to a tumultuous season.
Can't believe we have kerr for two more years. Kept pushing the issue with Wigs and klay who weren't on tonight. Literally ran out of ideas and kept doing the same things. Just so sad to watch
This game exposed us how better Brown is than Kerr as a coach. That's it, 2022 sucess all on Brown for sure
Moody clearly should have played at least 30 minutes
this comment sums it up on who's who truly value the coaches and players and even the lowest position in the warriors team, management or whatever their position is in the organization. Just shows that most of the fans now are bandwagoners, that only a fan when the team are winning but when they hit a wall and struggle, right away blames someone even though that person was one of the reason why the team were a powerhouse one time.

Great run, Draymond f'd up the juju
Warriors successful the second half of the season because they found the right player chemistry, Trace presented danger down low, extension and this open up the court up top for everyone else, even for Dray and much more for Klay. Stepping away from this was illogical. So disappointing with Kerr. Klay is not good at creating shots, but is amazing at catch and shoot or lob. Trace had cold feet but can't blame him, with time in the game he would have destroyed Sabonus and opened up our shooters that needed much of that. They were being swarmed by multiple players up top when they had the ball because the inside lob was never there. This game was so painful to watch. Hope Steph can give us another year of basketball magic, that is all I am hoping for now.
Steve Kerr needs to be fired, klay has been playing good coming off the bench but you decide to start him tn ??

I loved this years team tbh. We just couldn’t get it in time. And don’t forget no GPII really hurt us because he’s our guard stopper tbh. I can see no more Dario, and possibly trading CP or Wiggs or both and signing Klay to a cheaper contract. But next season I can see a big emphasis on the next generation with BP, Moody, JK and Trayce
Klay gotta go. If they stick to Klay and he's not starting from the bench we won't go far.
Why did Kerr get a new contract? What did he do??
NOTHING! Stupid GM. Why give him a 32-million-dollar extension before the playoffs. They should get a new coach to start a new ERA. It was time but we have another 2 more years of his garbage lineups and Kuminga, Moody, TJ will be benched again in a crucial game.
Playoffs not the same without my Warriors!! End of season for me … playoffs not worth watching now without my Warriors!!! Full stop!!!!!
Crazy Head Coach He know clay and wigs did not play well moody and kuminga is so good.
Sorry it's Klay 🤔🤔
@@warriorsunited6282 Its not clay steve kerr. US Team will loss on Olympic.
I was kinda taken aback to hear you admit that Dubs are "pretty" small.
"Taken back?"
They ARE small. They were not back fm 2014-19. They had a much better mix of talls and smalls then.
@@williamjones7247All this time, I've believed that Steve didn't realize just how small the lineups he was fielding were. To be honest, it left me in shock.
Ain’t it crazy Klay played 77 Games this year
Averaged 18 pts and shot 39% from 3 on 9 ATTEMPTS and not great on the perimeter anymore but good at guarding bigger players & ppl say he “needs to Retire” lmao
That’s just a Testiment on how good Klay has been his entire career, Every team in the League would die for that stat line and that player lmao 😂😂😂😂
That might be true.. But Klay isn't worth 43 mil a season either.
@@CultureManure you d*mn right lmao where in what i said did I say that???
If a GM gives Klay 43mil or even 30mil a year he needs to be fired immediately💯
Imagine Klay with Denver with Nikola running the show with MPJ or KCP & Klay on opposite wings 🔥
@@mellamohazy Did I say you said that? Sensitive much.. You're going on about any GM would die for Klay's stat line etc etc. Which he's still a good player.. but no GM wants Klay for 43 million.. so everything you said is moot, unless he takes a major pay cut.
Draymond must go keep Klay in the 6th man role unload Wiggins he’s been laying eggs since they won Chip last year. The got rid of Wiseman too soon and nobody else can help Curry when he’s not on. Also look at replacing Kerr. The physicality shouldn’t be surprise to the team.
Wiseman was ass. We did right by trading him, but unfortunately we got next to nothing for him. That sucks, but he definitely should have been gone
I agree....they already made a bad mistake getting rid of Poole because if they still had Poole things would be waaaaay different. Now they are about to make another big mistake in getting rid of Klay and keeping Dray. Treat Klay like Spurs did to the older Duncan and make him a different role.
Kerr needs to enrol in coaches camp for the poor coaches who rely on gut, luck, and favorites.
The future starts with getting a big, playing Moody more, firing Kerr, and signing Klay but he will come off bench along with Wiggins.
Klay's history 🎉
"You can't find these highs and lows anywhere else." You obviously haven't tried Fanduel or Draftkings Steve. Bum ass Klay Thompson, "Nobody can do what we do." I'm pretty sure I could score zero in an NBA game.
😂
Come on Klay! Let's have a "Last Dance"!
Even Kerr doesn't believe what he last said, nobody wants Klay Thompson back.
Steve Kerr is the Dad of the golden state warriors
Steve Kerr should have been fired four seasons ago. I saw this coming a long time ago.
The one part of the court the warriors defended well is the wing for a long time.
The Kings went scorched earth on us from the wing tonight. They absolutely humiliated us from the wing.
Everyone got cooked. Steph Clay Draymond of course Wiggins with his weak ass. Moses Moody gambled near the wing and got roasted at least three times. I'm done. Trade the whole team and start drafting good again.
How many different lines did Kerr throw out there
The Splash Era is DONE...Its the end of an Era.Draymond & Klay should retire or move on.Steph Curry needs to seriously consider his options at this juncture late in his career and his legacy
Brother Steph 💥
I will say 1 thing, firstly PUT MOOODY IN NEXT TIME!
Now that I have calmed down just trade the young guns, get established role players and build around steph. Keep dray cuz of the chemistry, give klay a pay cut and put bro low in the rotation and minimise his role to a 20 min per game catch and shoot player
This game was unexpected
Happy Cancun day for the warriors😂
The three greedy amigos.
