you are not doing it right. just don't do it like you are brushing. I am telling you because I have one. you have to do it slower and do smaller sections of hair.

I think that she dosent know how to use the product....combing and combing the hair..😂....I saw others you tubers video....they are using brush slowly...and brush is 100% accurate...giving fine results.....but user must be knowledgeable...
