I have a really big problem with stability on this exercise, i tip over forward all the time and I'm not sure how to fix it
Sounds like too much weight.
Too much weight and you stretch your whole arm
Straight back and bend the knees. It's also a great core exercise because you are stabilising.
Not meant to be with heavy weights
