Ingredients:
2 Lb Beef honeycomb Tripe
1 Lb Chuck Pot Roast
1 lb Pork
2 Carrots diced
1/2 Yellow Onion chop
1 C Celery diced
1/2 C Leeks
3 Tbs sweet Paprika
1 tsp hot paprika
2 Tbs Green Parsley
4 Tbs Organic dried marjoram
2 tsp Nutmeg
1 Tbs Butter, 2 Tbs Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste

Hi. I´m from Spain. I´ve been in Poland years ago and I felt in love with flaki soup. I´ve tried to cook it for the first time thanks to your recipe. Great rememberings of flavours. It's delicious.
That looks delicious, tripe soup is one of my favorite soups my mother, who was Polish made it quite a bit for us. It looks very similar to your recipe but I remember that she put in some believe, oregano and thyme plus near the end she chopped up bacon, sautéed it And then added it to the soup.
