2) Have warm water 350ml
3) walk 20 minutes 2000steps
4) keep cold cloth on stomach for 10 minutes
5) Take Eenma
6) Drink papaya juice (without sugar and without milk)for breakfast

Sir, please confirm me will get sufficient calories with your suggested diet..! if yes then suggest me what to take in break fast, lunch and dinner.
It's not possible to take sufficient calories with low carb low fat. If both are low, where can we get calories from? It will put you in starving and metabolism will spoil eventually.
Yes u can get but the problem in low carb diet is u dont get enough micronutrients so balance ur diet according to that & make sure to eat lot of green leafy veggies & nutritient rich foods., it better to calculate ur macros per day and carb count too., actually if ur having low carb diet den definitely u should increase ur fat intake to get energy so fats give u alot of calories so there is no worry about calories jz look at ur micronutrients its very much essential.
