    Low carb low fat tho, manushulu brathakala vadda? Are you cancelling your previous method of low fat? If both fat and carb are low, BMR will fall down and metabolism will mess up. You can either do lowcarb highfat Or high carb low fat... Don't confuse people.

      1) Get up @5am
      2) Have warm water 350ml
      3) walk 20 minutes 2000steps
      4) keep cold cloth on stomach for 10 minutes
      5) Take Eenma
      6) Drink papaya juice (without sugar and without milk)for breakfast
      7) Apply Mustard oil for full body from head to toe and sit for 10 minutes.
      8) Take hot water bath with sunnipindi
      9) 1 Millet roti and vegitable curry in lunch
      10) Walk for 20 minutes 2000 steps
      11) sleep for sometime in the afternoon
      12) Evening have full bowl of seasonal fruits before 6pm
      13) walk for 60 minutes 6000 steps and sleep

      It's not possible to take sufficient calories with low carb low fat. If both are low, where can we get calories from? It will put you in starving and metabolism will spoil eventually.

      Yes u can get but the problem in low carb diet is u dont get enough micronutrients so balance ur diet according to that & make sure to eat lot of green leafy veggies & nutritient rich foods., it better to calculate ur macros per day and carb count too., actually if ur having low carb diet den definitely u should increase ur fat intake to get energy so fats give u alot of calories so there is no worry about calories jz look at ur micronutrients its very much essential.
