18 months old door latch went. Thanks to UA-cam we were able to diagnose it ourselves because customer service didn't share the information that this is a problem with their dishwashers. Now trying to find the correct replacement part is a nightmare. Would recommend steering clear of this brand in the future.
I have the same problem and yes it is a piece of crap. I called the company three times still not fixed. It is a manufacturing defect that they should fix free of cost!!
Well, they did redesign the latch, so their new latch is 100% better, BUT, NOW it won't drain!!! The impeller is broken. How does that happen? How can anything get past the filtration system to get lodged in there and break it??? I do not know. I couldn't wait 3 weeks for a repair man to tell me the faulty pumps are on backorder for 6 more months, so I found a used on ebay, installed it, and it fixed the problem. HOWEVER, I fixed it on December 10th, and here it is Jan 15th, broken again. I need a new impeller, but they do not sell just the impeller, so you have to buy the WHOLE pump. I stand behind my title, DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE!

Be prepared for the impeller to break and cause it not to drain. It has happened to me twice now

I wish I had seen this video before dropping $600 on this POS. MIne has the same problem but it took a couple of weeks to show up.
